I spent over £55 on the xxl box and…
I spent over £55 on the xxl box and only got 15 items which were all very small and i dont believe it was worth the money so i will not be buying from you again as feel really dissapointed in what was in the box nothing like the box being packed in the adverts.

Just to clarify, our XXL box is £75 and you bought our Large box which is £50. Your box also contained 22 main items not 15, some being very large such as a big box of rare Canadian cereal and a large box of Cheetos Mac & Cheese. This is to name a few and does not count the freebies sweets on top either.
As you ordered a mystery Box, the products are picked at random, however we do try to make sure there is always a variety in each after double checking what went into your order I don't see why you feel the need to leave us a 1 star review, especially when you have not tried to contact us first.
It is a shame you felt you had to leave us a 1 star review based on this rather than talk to us first, as we do have a live chat function on the website, which I have personally spoken to many happy customers via.
As you will see from many of our reviews across our Website, Trust Pilot, and many other platforms we use for reviews this is not the experience most of our customers have so I am very sorry this is how you feel, we would love to speak with you and try to understand the situation better so please do send us a message via one of the below methods and we will be more than happy to assist. :)

So I originally message snack squad about dates on products there was a fast response from Kyle to then I ordered large rest world box and small. American large box and the drink box and can honestly say they are fantastic would recommend this company all day long I will be ordering agen end of month you feel like big kid when you open it and my 9 year old step son will love this when he gets home tonight wrapped back up for him so yeah recommend all day long go get your orders guys

Good value
Randomly came across a real on Instagram of a box being packed and was interested in what was to offer. So recently ordered a large Taste the World snack box as well as a drinks box, order came within a few days, both neatly packed. The drinks box contained glass bottles all individually wrapped, being fragile, all safe and sound. Contained a variety of snacks and drinks from various countries. Definitely some interesting treats inside, pretty good value for money. Will certainly be ordering another box in the future. I'm not sure my dentist would aprove of all the sugary snacks though 🤣😂

We did put in a fair few non-sour sweets too, as well as some Egyptian chocolate cake and Japanese caramels in your order so I hope those were enjoyed also! :)
With Regards to your free Pick & Mix, I believe this was won free on the spinning wheel, so it was shipped separately due to your order being one of our smaller mystery bags and your free sweets not being able to fit in the same packaging, which I hope you can understand.
Your Free sweets are definitely on the way to you just may be a little behind for some reason.
