If clothes are not fitted even they give 7days return policy but nobody will come to pick up

Very bad service I had ordered cotton green colour T shirt Delivered on 23 October it has 7days return policy l immediately check the size and told delivery boy that it is tight on under arms and on shoulder take it back but he told me to pay cash and go for procedure I applied for return same day and gave him cash.
I have complained 3 times but nobody came to pick up whenever I call they tell me it will take 2 to3 days like this nearly one month is about to finish they just assured you that they are taking steps but they don't take any step
