Worst experience.

Worst experience.

The product is not being delivered on time. Upon raising issue there is a standard answer that product delivery is delayed and we are trying our best to deliver the product. Issue will be resolved in 48 hours.

After 48 hours when no update, I contacted Snapdeal via chat and again the same update was provided that we will get back to you in 48 hours.

In another incident the product was cancelled after 10 days and it is more than 4 weeks money has not been refunded.

Don't buy from Snapdeal if you want to have smooth experience.
