Marc did an amazing job and was above and beyond! I booked a last minute engagement photoshoot and Marc was incredible at responding and coordinating exactly where and when in Central Park, NYC. As a lesbian interracial couple Marc made us feel welcome and comfortable while capturing our proposal to perfection. He responded quickly and completed are photos within hours of the photoshoot. I would 100% recommend Marc again and again!

It was honestly a great experience. I met up with Bruno my photographer. He gave me great advice for posing and everything and getting everything set up for her to be surprised. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. It’s more affordable and you get the same quality as you would with anybody else.

Family photos on the other side of the country? Easy!
Our photographer, Alexa, was outstanding. It was easy to book, coordinate, and stay updated prior to our meet-up. Two weeks after our session and I’m still thrilled by the process and the end product. The photos turned out amazing and are the highlight of our trip.

Great experience
Great experience! Our photographer had to cancel last minute and the Snappr customer service crew reassigned our shoot to a new photographer within minutes. We would’ve been left hanging if we had made arrangements with a photographer one to one. I would say going through Snappr made the process much easier and less stressful.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. When you cancel they make you believe you are getting a refund when in fact they just send you a credit towards future bookings. Be very careful. Once you pay, you will never see your money even if service was never provided.

Both Efficient and Beautiful
Once we got our place and time confirmed, the shoot was amazingly simple. It only took 17 minutes, but we got 41 photos back that we all liked. One especially of my son's whole family with their cat has a lovely spontaneous feel. Philip R. knows how to shoot!

I’m leaving an absolutely terrible review because this person’s communication skills were nonexistent. I booked four days in advance, and they waited until the last three hours to try to reschedule—completely unacceptable. The customer service was a complete joke, and I ultimately had to report the situation to my bank and the BBB for fraudulent activity due to zero reimbursement. This all happened on one of the most important days of my life—my engagement. Completely unprofessional and beyond disappointing.

The photographer kept in contact prior to the day
The photographer kept in contact prior to the photo date, arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Also, will doing the photos he explained what he was doing and why. He was very polite and respective of the car and me.
