Please tell me when you will be refunding my cancelled order? It's been over a month and no one answers emails, Facebook messages etc etc Order 290899

Poor services. No feedback. Been waiting for two months for my order.

Zero rating, do not buy from this company, they stole from me, still waiting for my refund since April, scam

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I ordered a dress and not only have they still not refunded me the dress is still on their site so who know how many people bought it and will never receive a product nor their money DO NOT USE SNATCHER THEY ARE FAKE!!!!!!!! THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY

The WORST online store and service ever. Please do yourself a favour and not buy from this company Snatcher.co.za.

You will notice on their Facebook posts alot of comments which you can't view. They have hid the comments so followers can't see. They also block you from their Facebook if you complain about not receiving your parcel or any response from them. Very very very bad service ❌️❌️❌️❌️

I've placed an order with them only to receive HALF my order 4 weeks later. The rest of my order is still awaited. I've paid for delivery to my door however they are sending it via paxi where I need to collect it at a paxi store near me 😡

You are welcome to place an order at your own risk if you do not mind the following:
- Waiting for your order 4 weeks+. (You WILL NOT receive your order in 5-6 days as they state)
- Your order arrives incomplete.
- Your order is damaged as there is no packaging material used.
- You have to follow up on your own account as the only feedback you receive is getting blocked.
- You will not receive a refund.
- Their customer line is not working due to all the complaining customers and getting feedback via email is a joke.
- They collect 15% of your purchased order when you receive a cancellation email even though you NEVER requested to cancel your order.

Not worth it in my opinion:
Products: 2/10 (bad quality cheap junk)
Service: 0/10 (no service at all)

Delayed delivery . Stated order completed but most expensive item was not delivered. Upon enquiry I was told that I should have known it was coming from overseas. How ? Item arrived much later. I asked for return of pyjamas which were still in sealed see through packaging and looked nothing like the photo in advert. Awful response. After many emails I was told to drop it off in Jhb ( I live in Durban). I finally gave up - wasted money . Email replies are fake polite and don’t answer question posed. Never again!!!

They didn't deliver my product and didn't refund my money...so basically they stole from me.

Pity there isn't a 0 rating. Only order from here if you are extremely patient. It looks like my order (basic off the shelf buy anywhere items) has been dispatched from GuangZhou China (according to tracking). To be fair though I did not realize that this is an overseas site. I won't be buying from this online site again. Here's to hoping that my order arrives and is correct.

Doesnt have stock that is advertised, waited 10 business days before they gave me an alternative order.
Waited 7 business days for that, wanted to refund me in voucher for R50, but they owe me R100.

I ordered the Afritrail gazebo. Excellent service and updates on progress of the order. Happy!

I purchased items on snatcher two items was however out of stock. I was told i could do a refund or i could choose an instore voucher. I requested a refund and I was then told to forward my banking details and i would receive my refund in 7 business days. Its 9 business days i have not been refunded neither have I been contacted or my emails been answered.

I ordered a phone on the 30th of april

Great service from Snatcher. I ordered a Drone and eventually the supplier could not provide one to Snatcher but Snatcher got another one with all the same features eg. Brushless motor, etc. I was kept informed on my order progress at acceptable, regular intervals. The Drone did cost a bit more than the initial one that I ordered but Snatcher did not charge me more for the difference in price. My son is extremely happy with the Drone, which I had ordered for his 21st birthday. I would definitely recommend Snatcher for anyone. There are issues with minor delays but Snatcher makes a plan for it's customers. Please be patient, as shipping from foreign countries is a bit hectic but there are good rewards.

Worst Online Store in SA
I placed an order with snatcher online on the 15th March 2023, on the 28th March 2023 I had to ask when I'd receive this order (as no one from snatcher will communicate with a customer first) I was thrn notified that there is no stock and I am to get a refund, I was yold by Sheena Williams my refund would have a 7 day turnaround time frame which I accepted, on 15 April 2023 I had still nit received any refund and I had to email them again (one cant call this business, makes you understand why) again Sheena Williams rep**** to my mail, now there was an apparent backlog in refunds and I would need to wait, on 18 April I was told by Sheena my refund would take place that day or the following day, it is today the 20th April and I still have not bern refunded, this has now exceeded the 30 calendar day period the ECT Act allows for local goods to either be delivered or refunded, it has exceeded the legal SA law time-frame any business has to process a refund, and they just could not care.

Stay far away from this crowd. They sell items they dont have. No phone number to call. Communications is terrible. It took me weeks to eventually get my refund. Horrible experience. Never again.

Have been waiting for weeks for my order. Communication is erratic at best. No response unless you effectively mailbomb them. I have now told them to cancel the order and refund me, no response so I’m mailbombing them again and will take it further if I don’t get a response. Would SO not recommend!!! This behaviour makes me wonder whether they are in difficulty and are pyramiding orders to stay afloat? Purely my speculation. I have used them in the past without any issues; just this recent order has been hugely problematic.

I am so mad!! I bought a new iPad cover 3 moths ago only to find out it’s out of stock 3week back. I have been waiting for my refund for 3 weeks now!!

I ordered on Snatcher ,payment went through,but I did not get order confirmation,I followed up with them ,I did sent them proof of payment yet they did not call me or follow up with me and their number is not receiving the calls ,these online store it’s not legit

i wish i came to this website instead of hellopeter. The item was supposed to be shipped within 7-10 days. Its now been 15 days. Off course you cannot contact them telephonically and they do not respond to your emails (Order #257983)
