After three weeks I am still waiting to find out how I send a bit of rag, they call a jacket, back.

I placed the order on the 18 August 2024, order number: 395438 to date I have not received my order. I have been sending emails nothing. They scammed me..

I’m so sad to hear that they are closing down,the bad reviews I see here I think it’s because they were going through tough time. I have been Snatchers happy customer for many years ,maybe four years. They had never disappointed me but I do remember that the last order I place took a while to get to me but I did receive. I’m sad,it’s obvious that they were not doing well,I do not think they were scammers,the business just didn’t work. All the best for their future plans.

They are scammers
Placed an order for a desk and paid. Received a drone and earphone, returned the wrong goods and now minus my desk, money, drone and earphones

Have not received my order that was placed on 14/08/24.
You would email no response and still no delivery

Snatcher i would gladly say i have been scammed ,i didn't receive most my goods , at first they were responding to my emails however they stopped responding . My order number is 346810 .

Ordered in mid Aug 2024. No product, no communication, no more snatcher website. I doubt I'll ever get a refund. They must've gone under and taken my money with them.

Snatcher is now a failure i ordered on the 03 August 2024 and i was informed order will be ready on 13 August and today is the 11 September 2024 no order, no communication and no response from my emails,

Snatcher Online is a scam, so many terrible reviews recently. It seems like the business went belly up and we've all been taken for a ride. Money down the drain!!!

Snatcher had an error on system. Promised to refund me
I had not received my goods nor my refund ever since.
Now they are silent.

Placed an order and received a confirmation.....then SILENCE. Hundreds of emails unanswered...This morning I was told by the building owner that they have left..GRRŔŔ

I placed an order and paid for my order on the 19th Aug and have had no correspondence since then. Snatcher have not responded to me reaching out via Facebook Messenger or the web site Contact Us.

No goods received and money paid @#%%&%$🤬

I've ordered from them a few times in the past with no issues.
This time I can't get hold of them a week after payment went through. Emails don't get answered. Phone nr doesn't work. FB messenger sends automatic response, but nothing. I am so irritated as this time I spent quite an amount. Over being scammed out of hard earned money. Seriously.

This company needs to be closed down. You place an order and only the cheap things get delivered. Isn't there someone that can help us get out money or items back🙏🙏😡😡

I orderd on 23 August 2024 and payment made the same day and didn't receive any confirmation and around 15H00 3 September 2024 i spoke to the wherhouse owner and he told me they left the wherhouse about a mouth ago and he dont know where the went and acording to Capitec they cant help us revise the payment so please help me to help people not to loose money like i did

Worst service ever, ordered and paid on 19 August, order shows paid on tracking. Been stuck there ever since. The number on the website does not work. The contact us request on the website falls on deaf ears and the support email also does not reply apart from the "we have received your query and will provide feedback within 48 hours" which also never happened. I will never order from them again. Order 395888

I also order items worth a big amount and after 3 weeks of struggling to get hold of them via email... the contact us number is not for inbound calls, so you can't speak to anyone.... I then cancelled the remaining 2 items that they can source and requested a refund...it's a month with no money received or anyone returning my emails...
