Shocking experience- I waited more than 10 days so cancelled order. After supplying them with all my banking details - as they could not refund my CR card. I am still waiting… they have had my money now for more than a MONTH 😡 think this is their business model!

On the 3rd of November 2023 I ordered goods for Christmas. Then I waited for delivery and got and e-mail stated that they do not have stock of the advirtised item ( Sokany Stand Mixer), a few days later I recieved another e-mail stated that they cannot deliver x3 flying spinning balls in colour gold. I opted for refund and till today 22/2/24 I am still waiting for my refund. Send them about 10 e-mail but always get an automated e-mail in reply. I had to scrape money together to order new Christmas gifts from Take-a-Lot that never dissapoints.- Is this not steeling from cutomers? Forget about phoning them "we do not take incomming calls" I think some took a nice holliday with all our money and now cannot do the refunds. Snatcher is a SCAM!! I would give them no star, but that option is not available.
It is the 22/2/24 already.

I placed an order on the 10th of Feb & received it on the 20th of Feb. I ordered a sewing machine & a steering wheel knob. To my surprise when i opened the box it was just a sewing machine & a small empty plastic no knob in the box. Basically i was scammed 1 item missing. I sent them an email hoping i would get a response, nothing. Sent another one today on still nothing. My money is gone but only received incomplete order. I'm just so furious & hate them from the bottom of my heart for making me a fool 😡😠😡😠😡.

I have ordered from them 12 times, unhappy once.
Easy payment options, clear and regular communication. Fun stuff that doesn't break the bank and more expensive things that are a real treat.
I'll order from them again.

Snatcher scammed me my money after I bought two kids watches from them only to find out that they were not working. Snatcher then took their watches back and promised me a refund last year November 2023. Till today I have not received my refund

I placed an order on the 21st of November 2023 and have been given the runaround and still don't have my order. I had to ask for a tracking number and when I received it, saw the pickup canceled after the 3rd attempt to fetch it because it was never ready to be dispatched.
I kept being given excuse after excuse, I asked for some to call and explain why there was delay and that never happened.
I kept following up and was told they would check with the courier, and given apologies for the inconvenience.
One email said, contact had been made with the courier and that's all, no reason for the delay, no tracking number.

I tried to call only to hear that due to the nature of their business they don't take calls.

I am livid and will never do business with them again. I have now requested a refund and will see how long that takes to be processed.

I'm tired of waiting, and of the excuses and what I assume are untruths told to pacify their angry clients.

It took 20 days for delivery. The phone is not at all what I expected. Low grade phone meaningless for me. Advert is very deceiving. I will never ever order anything from them again.

I can not believe that you make a living with this type of service...the worst I experienced in many years. No wonder you phone number is not available. After I sent several emails nothing happened.

I had some doubts after ordering since the English that was used to communicate with me at first was atrocious. This was however quickly rectified and the rest of the experience was excellent, except that I received the wrong coloured watch, which is not the end of the world - I'll have it swapped out with one that is of the correct colour

I ordered a headphone amplifier and did not get order nr. I am trying to contact you, but to no avail.

Never in my life will I ever buy anything from this SCAM of a company. I made the order and did the payment. Then I got a text message confirming payment made. My bank statement confirmed payment made but Snatcher keeps on sayin no payment made🤬

Cheapest of imports - not willing to refund TOTALLY unusable products (after they gladly collected the items - bar stools in our case). Not to mention products like numerous solar lights not working at all.

Numerous times they promise to refund - but all lies - the do not process the refund. It has been months of wasting time.

Letter of demand issue to them - they do not even the decency to acknowledge receipt of email. We will be continuing this process after 10 business days and I will update this post accordingly.

Please consider internet wide ratings - they literally "Snatch" your money.

Complete scam. Ordered from them and did not hear a word back.

They are not answering emails. I'm surprised that PayFast still allows them to transact on their gateway.

I ordered a generic phone and canceled it two days later, it did not even get to dispatch, so i asked for refund they kept saying today or tomorrow someone will get hold of you. They say they will take 15%off but i read on their page 15% only if its already on the way. Still waiting for my refund. Do not but buy from them.

The absolute worst online shopping experience of my life! Seems to be mainly a drop-shipping service, low cost, low quality overseas cheap cr*p suppliers and products. The did not comply with their shipping time, tried blaming the courier company, absolutely awful customer service (email only, they do not respond, unhelpful bordering on rude). Took 3 months to get my money back, minus their "admin" fee... Zero stars would be appropriate!!

This company is very dishonest , when you buy items they take longer than promised . I bought an item on the 23rd nov 2023 even today the 7th of December I have not received 😬😬😬. I don’t think the will deliver anymore. I don’t recommend people to buy from them

Very disappointed I ordered a trampoline and it over 3 months haven't received any thing. I cancelled my order and they promised me a refund every I inquired they said they will make it priority. Haven't received any thing.

Worst experience I've ever came across on online shopping. I ordered an insect killer on the 28th of October, to this date I still haven't received anything. They don't even bother to respond to their emails and you can't reach them telephonically because its an auto machine that'll tell you to use the email that you'll never get response to. It's now December o still haven't received my parcel

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED ON AN ONLINE PLATFORM. I ORDERED SOME ITEMS ONLINE ON THE 24TH OF OCTOBER, AND ACCORDING TO THEIR ONLINE POLICY SHIPMENT IS BETWEEN 7-10 DAYS. ON TOP OF THAT ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS NOT INCLUDED AND THEY SAID ITS OUT OF STOCK FROM THEIR SUPPLIER AND, IN WHICH I THEN REQUESTED REFUND FOR THAT ITEM THEY DIDNT HAVE ON THE 10TH OF NOVEMBER. I RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS ON THE 21ST OF NOVEMBER (ALMOST A MONTH LATER) AND FOUND OUT ANOTHER ITEM WAS NOT WORKING THEN I REQUESTED ANOTHER REFUND. THEY SENT ME A MESSAGE TELLING ME I SHOULD EXPECT MY REFUND IN 7 DAYS, ITS THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER NOW AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. IF I COULD RATE THEIR SERVICE "ZERO" I WOULD.... IM F*CKIN PISSED
