I was told that the warehouse sent the shoes in a mislabeled box… was told the box had size 14.5 on it but the shoes were indeed a size 12, upon receiving the shoes, they were in fact a size 14.5…. I reached out & all they asked was if the extra space in the front made the shoes uncomfortable! What do you think? I ordered a size 12 & got a 14.5

Failed to provide the quality I was expecting.
Customer service was good and honest with inaccurate shoe sizing. 2 out of the 4 pairs I bought were tagged as size 11 on the box and shoe tag but are the same size as the 10.5's. I ordered 4 pairs of 10.5. Shipping was good and received in 2 weeks from purchase date. The quality of the shoes is where I have the real issue... I will cut my losses and purchase directly from the rep producer next time and get better quality and save some money

The only way to get quality Retro Jordans no longer available in stores.
I have been into Jordan's since I got my first pair of baby blue 4's back in 1989. I haven't really cared for many of the retro jordans beside 3's & 4's. I am not always on top of the rereleases. So when I discovered SneakerBurger I jumped at the chance to replace some old styles I loved that were no longer available.
Recently I took advantage of the SneakBurger 60% discount being offer for buying 4 or more pairs of shoes. The laser green 4's ended up not being in stock. But I was contacted promptly by support and allowed to swap out a different pair.
The best and worst part about this website is the wide selection of shoes they have. So when I end up adding items to my cart I have to go back and try to limit myself to less than 10 pairs. Luckily I can get 10 pairs through SneakerBurger sales for what 3 pairs would cost through Nike. But having to pick only 10 styles is the worst part. After a few orders I have pretty much checked off most of my wish list. You can't go wrong with any selection from SneakerBurger.
I have bought retro Jordans off other sellers from China and ended up with cheap junk that didn't look like the real thing and hurt my feet. Every pair I have ever bought from SneakerBurger fit as well, were just as comfortable, and looked like anything I ever bought from Nike for twice the price.
I haven't told too many friends about SneakerBurger. I let them believe that I am rocking a pair of KAWS 4's that you can only find for $3000+ online. I actually had someone offer me $2500 for a pair I was wearing one night. I smiled and said no thank you. Little do they know I got them for $90 on sale at SneakerBurger. I keep one pair of KAWS 4's new on the shelf with the other retro Jordans I have, and keep a 2nd pair to rock when I go out. I think its funny when people see them and make a big deal over a real pair of KAWS 4's. Due to their rareness and price many people have never even seen a pair before that weren't online.
The same goes for the Aleai May Jordan 4's, they were only released to her friends and family. Thanks to SneakerBurger I was able to get a pair of those for $90 as well. Shhh don't tell anyone!
