The driver didn't show up, I called him and hung up on me. I reported it to sneleentaxi and they gave me a voucher.

Booking with this page was very easy. Taxi came right on time. Driver was very helpful. It was a good service overall. I recommend it!

Booked online without any issues. Taxi arrived on time and got me to my destination. driver was very courteous. This was my first time using this company so was a bit apprehensive however i will use them again no problem.

Luggage delivery was more than 2 hours delayed but the driver did not want to wait more than 70 minutes after the landing time (and not the booking time), he left us without a proper ride home! The company refused to reimbursed as well! Very bad experience, bad customer service. Not recommended at all!

I pre-booked 4 taxis for my wedding day.
The first was to take me and the bridesmaids to the reception venue in the morning. This taxi was 45 minutes late, causing much stress.
The second and third were to take the wedding party to the church. One was on time, but only had 4 seats (I had requested 6). The other was 30 minutes late. When the driver called us to tell me he would be late, he was quite rude to me despite him being at fault.
The last was to take my bridesmaids home at the end of the night. Again, this was 20 minutes late.
All in all, I would not recommend Snel Een Taxi if you want to be on time.

Booking was easy. Taxi arrived in time at 3:50 am, made 1 extra stop at our request and the taxi driver helped up with the heavy luggage. A very good and reliable service.

You get 70min to get to your taxi once they ARRIVE - so dont bother making an appointment, they ignore that appointment time and use your flight arrival time to start their 70min count down. If you have ANY delay like say, slow customs clearance, they just dont care. After this time they leave. And leave you stranded. A family of 4, with a lot of bags, stranded at Schipol airport.
Try organize a method of transport to a place that is 170km from the airport and you know nobody in this country...
You do not get a refund as stated on their website either, only a 15% refund in credit (not to your bank account) and that as a gesture of goodwill. The driver could not wait 5 min for us to get to him, not 5 min...

I will never ever use these arrogant, greedy bas^@#!s again. And I hope everyone who reads this understand the type of predicament they left myself and family in. If I could give negative stars I would.

Never again! We ordered a taxi in Groningen and had to pay in advance. We had to get home from a big concert (which was already known before) and sent an exact address where the driver should’ve picked us up. But when it was time, he called us and told us that he couldn’t get to that point because the streets were blocked. So, he told us to walk 20 minutes to his location, although in the same time we could’ve reached our destination by feet. In the end, the drive had to be canceled. Now the company doesn’t want to give us a refund and we have paid about 30€ to walk the whole damn way. Thanks for nothing!

Easy booking, on time even on early morning.

The driver arrived promptly to collect me and was friendly. I arrived at the airport ahead of expected time. Was a great stress free way to start my trip!

Service was on time, very pleasant chauffeur and accommodating when I realised I had left my phone behind. Did not hesitate to take me back to fetch it even though it put pressure on him to get to his next client in time. Great service from him as well as the office!

Failure of Seleentaxi to provide pickup location before pickup date. Only provided driver's name and phone number and when phone communications failed I was left standing on corner looking at +100 taxi waiting for fares off a 2600 passenger cruise ship. Waited 50 minutes then had to catch another taxi, double the cost.

Fantastic! the driver was there at the agreed time, I had a lot of things with me and he helped me load and unload everything. Perfect.

I had a flight to catch in Schipol Airport early in the morning. The taxi driver did not arrive.
I tried to call him several times => Nobody answered the phone. I tried to call the company's emergency number => Nobody answered the phone.

Super stressful. Forced to go by myself to the Airport, I payed more than 250€ more in parking and gas. I asked for reparation, but Sneleentaxi only offered a 20€ voucher on the next ride... Useless, as I won't trust them in the future.

Really disappointed by this experience and their customer service.
