We live in Germany and I often order parts for my old cars here, it does seem a lot quicker and sometimes cheaper to order from UK rather than Europe even with the Taxes / distance factors.

I had a fair idea what I needed for my Jaguar XJ6, however a pal gave me the wrong part number. I emailed 📧 and asked about the OEM part and Tom Rochelle was brilliant.
Tom went above and beyond when he followed up on my incorrect part number and sourced the Correct one for me.
Tom proceeded to locate the part and seeing I was across the pond in Ireland Tom ordered my part through SNG Netherlands 🇳🇱 thereby saving me some money on silly customs charges. Tom sealed my deal with his professional and knowledgeable experience and got me exactly what I was looking for.
I spoke with Phil by telephone and he was courteous and polite, however this time Tom was outstanding 👏 👏👏

Excellent knowledge and communication throughout the process of ordering and discussing the suitability of parts for my vehicle. I collected the parts in person and again face to face contact with the sales agent to conclude the sale is friendly and personal. First stop shop for E type parts.

The purchase was not described correctly. I incurred excessive customs fees. The purchase should have been described as maintenance product. Not auto part. The duty came to more than the purchase price of the itemm.

I find your postage and packaging could do with review. If a very small part like a seal, clip, nut, washers, particularly if the item has a lesser value than £6.99, it could save cost to pop them into a jiffy packet. It seems overkill to use a large box and wadding. It does make me cringe to see such small items packed in this way, let alone the excessive cost of packing materials.

Generally a great business experience with 2 provisos - one suspension part incorrectly listed requiring contact
- when proceeding with a purchase, there is no back button if a mistake is found just before payment - at this point the only way is to close down the connection and start again

Fantastic service from the knowledgable and helpful sales staff combined with an extensive stock for sale at reasonable prices all makes for a winning combination.
Such a shame that they don't use Royal Mail for small items - a small rubber bush cost a lot because it was delivered via DHL, whereas it could have been slipped in an envelope and delivered first class the next day for a lot less cost.
