Ordered japanese Hydrapple EX SAR, came quickly from japan, passed through SNKRDUNK quality control and arrived in a penny sleeve in a toploader in a plastic sleeve with a tamper-proof sticker, in cardboard in a box with packing peanuts. I did pay 13$ for shipping but it was worth it.

Great service and they are very responsive. Satisfied with the purchase I made recently.

Tried to make my first purchase. Thought I'd give them a chance. Completed login process, email and phone number identification and pressed purchase on a pair of of Air Max 1 Concepts "Heavy". Imagine my disappointment when it showed there was an error, so I contacted customer service and this was their response:

We have confirmed that your account has been flagged because our monitoring system has identified possible fraudulent activity. For your security, we have implemented measures to restrict your account.

In order for us to confirm the current status of your account, kindly provide us with the following:
- A valid identification document with a photo that shows your full name, address and expiration date.

Deleted the account straight away and not going back. Why would I risk sending my personal legal document on an email and risk having my identity stolen just to buy a pair of kicks 😄.

I am not gullible enough to think some of my info is not already online, but I know better not to send them my photo id just for a pair of shoes.

I would use this website if cheaper than Stock X (the shipping is a killer) but I wouldn't recommend it as I think it's absurd that they ask for legal documents to be sent online. 👎🏼

Replying to your reply: Thanks for taking the time to reply, I understand that's your policy and I don't agree with it hence why I deleted the account straight away. My bank or Paypal can look after my account security. My details shouldn't have been flagged in the first place as it was my first purchase and all my details were correct. If people want to send you all the information, that's up to them, I don't see a guarantee that my information (which I already supplied enough of while signing up) won't be shared with other parties, so I won't supply it (am I supposed just to take Snkrdunk's word for it) and if your support service person couldn't help me further, I am happy just to buy the sneakers from somewhere else. One of these experiences I would like to highlight...I ordered online a pair of New Balance 993 sneakers, and the experience from order creation to delivery has been a very pleasant experience. snkrdunk's commitment to quality is top-notch, as they even messaged me, with photos, of an issue with the shoebox, which I found very minor, mind you, and giving me a choice of cancelling or continuing with the order. I chose to continue, but the point is that they were very strict with the quality of each aspect of each item you order, which I greatly appreciated and definitely builds trust. As I have ordered numerous items from them before (and each I had been happy), I will continue to shop from them.

Crappy wannabe website - my order never came. They shipped a damaged pair. Claimed to be from Japan but I git this shiet from China instead. I can't reach them at all. What a scam! Avoid at all cost.

Their authentication process has been super helpful. They were able to find damages from cards I have purchase and immediately refund it to me. They are also very responsive when you message them via the chat in the 'Check the Progress' box. Can safely say I had a good experience with them so far.

Great service except don’t expect a cancellation request to process under any circumstances. They will restrict your use of service if you chargeback if you get scam. Be very careful when purchasing. Their terms of use on cancellation is false. It doesn’t reflect what they want to convey

SNKRDUNK is a sneaker marketplace from Japan that I've used many, many times and never had an issue with. Their prices are usually cheaper than competitors such as StockX/GOAT etc, and from my own experience, has lesser QC issues than the ones mentioned above.

Awesome experience and highly recommended. Speedy, authentic, reliable, true professionals. Will no doubt be coming back for more!

Not sure about other stuffs but I purchased a bunch of Pokémon sealed products, cards, slabs and they’re all authentic and came in well packaged . It does take awhile for verification process but not take too long tho. There’s one time I couldn’t sign for the package multiple time because I have work and couldn’t stay home to wait for package, it ended up send back to them but then per my request they reship it to me without extra charge. Another time the slab I ordered got a little damage in the corner and they asked if I still want it or else they will cancel and refund to me. The customer support is very helpful and responsive. Done several transactions and no problem at all.
