Great personal service from Kane, he advised on a few things unlike the big retailers and it arrived next day at the right price ready for a trip this weekend. Recently purchased from Snowsafe. Not only do they stock the best products, at very reasonable prices, but the customer service experience is top notch. I hadn’t realised that their warehouse is near to where I live but they did and phoned up to offer to drop off my delivery the same day! I actually went over myself on the way to work and not only had my postage refunded but was given a couple of very generous gifts as well. Would highly recommend using these guys in future. Avalanche snow shovel bought as gift so no comment on product, but personal help from Snowsafe staff regarding credit card payment was very courteous and helpful including phoning me to help. Brilliant to be able to speak to a person who then sorts out problem.

I bought an Ortovox free rider backpack and spine protector having been debating it all year. Not only am I super happy with them, SnowSafe also very kindly gave me a water bladder too. I spoke to them a lot over the phone for advice and to say thank you for their brilliant customer support. They really are brilliant. Thank you.

I had ordered 2 different size backpacks as part of the order with a view to returning the one not required. Returns process very easy and refund issued same day as item received back.

I found the snowsafe site by chance and contacted them about purchasing off piste avalanche kit, Cain was super helpful and his service throughout has been first class, I purchased the kit and a further back pack with his recommendation and will use them again in the future.

Fraudsters. The phone number goes to a voicemail recording saying number not found. I paid for a item that was apparently dispatched by DPD, but then before the item could be delivered they secretly requested the item to be returned to them.

Had a problem with a piece of kit that wasn’t their fault but the manufacturers. They were prompt in replying and coordinating with manufacturers and then got me a replacement in time for a trip I needed it for.

I just had a great experience with Snowsafe.A Pieps beacon repair issue (out of warranty) - Snowsafe's staff - big shout to Cain there - were super prompt and friendly in all comms with me, and very quick arranging things with Pieps, such that I unexpectedly received an entire replacement new-model beacon. An issue arose with the Royal Mail postage of it to me, and again Snowsafe did the legwork to get that delivered to me. I look forward to future details with Snowsafe!

They sent out 2 tiny Recco avalanche reflectors in a huge box that meant I had to wait in twice (first time DPD couldn’t find my house apparently 😡) to receive the package when it would easily have fitted in a normal envelope and gone through the letterbox. Absolutely ridiculous waste of my time. Not impressed at all

I was massively impressed by the customer service, prompt delivery and excellent value for money. I had a problem with my payment, a person answered the phone and I got a callback within 3 hours to reassure me. I then purchased the product which arrived this morning before 9 am, ordered around 3pm yesterday. Thank you, will definitely use Snowsafe again.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From time of order to receiving the item via FedEx to Canada, was 5 business days. 4 days ship, 1 day to process the order at Snowsafe. Would definitely shop with Snowsafe again

Visited Snowsafe office in Hove to try on a few avalanche bags as the fit for FWT free riding competitions is important. Cain was super professional, very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. He gave very helpful advice. We bought a bag, the Scott Patrol E1 22 litre , that wasn’t on our initial radar but are really happy with. Super light, great fit for a short back but enough space for essential safety kit, lunch, extra layer etc, easy to use and deploys well (in practice!). Great service from Cain who helped us over an hour trying on different bags. Very patient and he also through in a Recco receiver despite price being very reasonable.

Repeat customer. Excellent service. And prompt despatch and delivery. Can’t ask for more.
