good service and product

Arrived as stated in the allocated time. Really good quality product with easy to adjust and absolutely great for taking a Camelback and essential items for a day on the slopes. Really liked the attachment on the bag for helmet.

What wonderful customer service. I ordered the wrong item and it was changed without hesitation or difficulty and very quickly.
