It is my first time to have music player A&K SR25 and IEM earphones CA Andromeda 2020. Then I joined head-fi.org and met a new nice friend through the website. He adviced me about Snugs, so I can have my own custom Andromeda 2020. At first I didn't understand and didn't really believe that Snugs would help with sound quality.

I had to see an Audiologist to make a customised impression of my ears so that the Snugs would fit perfectly. Then when I got them, one of them was a bit too tight. I contacted Snugs, and got Emma to help me. But then it went quiet til I thought that was it. Then today just out of the blue I have got a post packet from Snugs and it was an extra piece that now fit my ear much better and of course, it help to give such a different sound quality.

Snugs deserves 5 star service and best product.

Have a couple of products for my air pods and very happy with them so ordered a pair for my air pods pro and disappointed with the fit. The air pods pros just keep popping out. Disappointing.

Excellent! I've had my SnugsPro for a couple of days now and have them paired with a set of Master & Dynamic MW07 Plus's. I always have a hard time getting in ear monitors to fit. I previously had a pair of custom fit Braggi's, but the charging unit stopped working. These work way better and fit much better. They are super comfortable. The sound of the MW07's is much improved as well. The only inconvenience is that they don't fit in the charging case with the tips on, but I knew that was going to be an issue going in. It is a small price to pay for great fit and great sound. Thank you Snugs!

Straightforward to order a second pair of Snugs

SnugsPro with Sony WF-1000XM.
I was very enthusiastic when ordering. Intention was to get a good fit for the inears, which otherwise are not staying in my ears. Running was not even a option. I purchased the Sony headphones because of their outstanding sound quality and they did not disappoint. But with the first Snugs - this was lost! Dynamics were gone.
It was just not fun to listen. I expected an improvement in sound-quality because of the tight fit but this was just not the case with the first ones.

Customer service was excellent. They got to the root of the problem and I got a replacement which works like expected -the fit got better (inserting the inears into the snugs) and the sound improved.

I have no problems attaching them or getting out. They also stay during sports.
The lackluster colours on the delivered items have very little to do with the impressions the website wants to give. Silicone is just not so bright and shiny.
Ordering and delivery were flawless.

Hands down the best company to deal with. I got custom molded in-ear headphones with them for professional work as I work in the music industry and one of the tips didn't fit properly they replaced it sent another one really clear communication throughout. And then went back and got earplugs for live music and these again fit perfectly. Great experience overall.

This is my 3rd pair of snugs (have Bose power sport, beats powerbeats pro and AirPods Pro) now can’t do without my custom pros for any earphones I have or get.

Great product and customer service on point.

I love Snugs

I bought my first pair of Snugs in December 2017 which were still going strong until i lost them, together with the second pair for Wireless Headphones I bought in 2019.... so incredibly annoying....!

So i have just purchased 2 new sets, one for wired and one for wireless headphones... they are a necessity

I wont lie - they do take a little getting used to.... but it is very worth it.

The initial reason i bought the Snugs was because i could not find a pair of headphones that would stay in my ears when i exercise. I went through so many headphones claiming that they would stay in, but none ever would. The Snugs were a game changer, when running, cycling or in the gym, they would never fall out and the Noise Reduction is fantastic.

My Son also has a set of Snugs Go - and he is chuffed with them.

The best head phones ever -thanks so much these are game changing and life changing for me :)

This must be my 3rd or 4th pair (I just like to upgrade to new versions ) they fit amazing and stay in place Throughout !
No other Head phones can provide such a secure fit But snugs is perfect!

I’ve got the original onces with wires I customised them so they are special to me /I also have wireless and now iPod next -the one will be the buds and o can’t wait to try them !
I had no issues with any of them just like to upgrade To newer styles and technology!
Snugs are the forefront of earphone innovation!

I’ve bought two sets of snugs in the last two or so years. The first pair were absolutely great, fitted perfectly and I think slightly improved the sound on my BeatsX. I then bought a pair of AirPods Pro and ordered some snugs for these too. The fit was fine but the sound quality when being used with snugs is absolutely terrible. Maybe something to do with how airpods are calibrated with its own tips? Either way, the sound is horribly tinny and weird when paired with snugs which I was not expecting, especially as snugs released a blog post about how great they are paired together. Either there’s something wrong with my snugs, or the writer was telling porkies. I emailed snugs about this 2 months ago and didn’t get a reply. Not what you’d expect for a returning customer on what is quite a niche and pricey product. Disappointed.

These are great little earbuds made to fit. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommended.

With regards staff, they are so kind and very helpful. If I have a query I will get a response straight away, and sometimes a chain of responses. They really do care about their customers and helping them and clarifying if needs me. Excellent job.
