Lights are on but nobody home
Placed an order two weeks ago, complete radio silence beyond the automated response to the initial order. No follow-up as promised on their FAQ pages. No response to inquiry emails either. I assume they're going out of business, so probably a poor idea to guess the sort of impressions needed and pay an audiologist right now.
Probably best to seek a Paypal refund at this point.
Update:
So I opened a Paypal case, left it open for a week. Absolutely zero response from Snugs. At that point, I escalated it to Paypal as a proper dispute. Those give the seller ten days to make their response to Paypal- zero response to that either. At that point, thankfully, if the seller doesn't bother to respond, Paypal automatically refund you- the money is now back in my account.
Something is very very wrong with snugs.com- proceed at your own risk is all I can say. I've not succeeded in getting service from them. I've not seen a response to multiple emails. I've not managed to get them to respond to Paypal. The only sign of life was the slightly odd response here on Trustpilot. No idea what's going on, but I'd steer well clear.

There was a short delay which I believe was down to a manufacturing hold up, but I was kept updated through the whole process by the very helpful Snugs Team.
Radio silence
Radio silence. Had ear impressions done, sent them in, snugs confirmed reciept and then... nothing. Still apparently in manufacturing long past their manufacturing time and still nothing. So over to you snugs, either send them, refund me or you get a chargeback.
Initially good, but now my money is lost
If I'd written this review earlier then I'm sure it would have been a 4 or a 5 but alas I did not. Originally I put my order in, got my ear impressions done and the responsiveness of customer service was great.
I got my first snugs not long after and I was very happy with the product but the fit wasn't great. Customer service worked quite well with me to get another pair made with some adjustments based on my feedback. Rinse and repeat a few times customer service wasn't prepared to adjust the fit anymore and they asked me to return my last pair of snugs. After which they offered me a refund, or to get new ear impressions taken at my own expense.
I mulled it over for a few weeks and then accepted the refund after which there has been radio silence. I've chased over several emails and every single one has been ignored. I've accepted now that my £260 is lost, but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The snugs are great, but...
The snugs itself are great - it`s weird - you think you`ll lose them because its super comfy, but they actually hold perfectly and you have no pressure ppoints in the ear. great for sports. But there was some waiting time, my order was lost and I had to write a few emails. In the End I was lucky enough to get a refund and I am happy. What should be kept in mind: the snugs will not fit in the charging case, you need to put them on the airpods every time.

I bought a pair of Sennheiser IE800 and they were always falling out so I did some research online and found snugs. I contacted snugs and paid them and then I was sent to an audiologist to get my impressions done in Dublin. This process was very straight forward then they were sent to Snugs. A few weeks later I received my snugs and went about using them. I had an issue with the drivers not really staying in so I contacted snugs and their customer support was absolutely brilliant. I explained the issue and they redesigned the snugs so that the IE800 driver was housed more into the snugs and then shipped back to me at no extra cost. I received the new snugs and absolutely delighted they fit perfect. I’m just so happy how their customer support emailed me back straight way and wanted to find a solution to my issue and fixed my issue. Other companies should take note of this excellent customer service. I will definitely be using snugs in the future as I do buy a lot of IEMs.
I received my swimming snugs last week…
I received my swimming snugs last week and have used them 3 times now
They are brilliant! No water gets in my ears at all so post swimming there is no head tipping, ear plunging etc! The lanyard is the perfect length so I can tuck them into the top if my swimming costume for extra safety. I love that one is red for right and one is blue. As you can tell I am delighted!

Very hard to fault this product
Very hard to fault this product. I have bought moulds from Snugs before and they have not let me down. Great fit and, crucially, there is a reassuring bond with the earphones - in my case the Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling ones. I don't think the benefit of the moulds is quite as much as with non-noise cancelling earphones, the combination of which I have had in the past. It may not be an issue to some but I thought I should mention it. The moulds are still a five star product, in my opinion.

Perfect for a person who struggles with regular headphones
I have very small inner ears and regular headphones don't fit me as they just fall out. I have now had two pairs of snugs and love them. The most recent pair were made to fit airpods and I now no longer worry about them falling out when I'm running. When they were first made, I had a problem with the fit and they sorted it out straight away. Definitely recommend them!
Snugs problem
I bought some snugs for my apple AirPods Pro. Sent off the impression I obtained at our local audiologist. They arrived very fast really. Unfortunately the one for the right ear developed a tear less than a week after buying. The service has been excellent. I needed to send it back (they provided a postage paid label) but they did not wait for its return before authorising a replacement. It took a couple of weeks to return. Very good as it was Christmas week when I sent them back. I would rate the service as excellent. The true face of a company can be seen when things don’t go necessarily as planned. Cannot fault this company on that score
Over a week and I still haven’t received the box to start fitting them...
So I bought these on Christmas Day. There was an ad banner reminding people to buy a gift card by the 22nd to made sure it arrived in time for Christmas, as well as one stating Snugs arriving may take a little longer due to high order volume.
I assumed that the second banner notifying people of a delay in arriving would be due to Snugs needing to use AI to analyse people’s ears, create the 3D files, then 3D print them in the desired colour/silicon material. Not the box thing that comes with as far as I’m aware a piece of card you hang over your ears and take pictures of them and upload them in the app for the AI to recognise.
So I ordered Christmas Day, and it’s been 10 days (with a couple weekends/bank holidays) and my order (#11770) still says ‘processing’
Not angry, just a little disappointed, but it’s my own fault for probably reading the delivery times wrong. Since people have had issues with notifications from Snugs (I read here that some people got email notifications the Snugs were on their way when they had already arrived etc) Snugs, can you confirm how long it should be taking to ship the Snugs box out? I can’t wait to get them, but I haven’t even had the chance to get them made so far and I have wireless Sony XM4s which still remain pretty much unused as they don’t fit my ears no matter what.

OMG!!! Snugs customer service is amazing!!! I lost my ancient pair of Snugs just before Christmas and called them and spoke to Emma, she has just emailed me to say that my replacement Snugs will be dispatched today!!! Emma has gone above and beyond the call of duty to get them to me ASAP....

Appalling Customer Service
Appalling customer Service. 12 Weeks and still not received my earplugs. As per previous reviewers, Snugs.Com customer relations do not exist, they do not respond to emails and trying to speak to someone is very difficult. To get my impressions done, the company insinuated it was my fault I had to wait over six weeks for them to be taken (the audiologist told me she couldn't understand why, she had lots of availability). And then to rub salt in the wound, snugs.com trot out the same tired old excuses, we are too busy, and that something went wrong and your ear plugs needed to be done again, 12 weeks and still waiting. And similar to other reviews, once you do get them on the phone, they do not listen they just talk over you. Just appalling.

Love the product however finding…
Love the product however finding somewhere to have my ear impression done outside of work hours took a bit of time. Communication from Snugs was a bit confusing e.g. I was sent a message saying that my Snugs had been dispatched after I had in fact already received them. Support answered a question I had about the product promptly.
