I was first introduced to this company by the quality of the towels and bedding at an Airbnb. I bought a pair of French linen pillowcases to replace similar ones. There was a delay not of Soak & Sleep making. I was informed quickly, told the expected delivery date and received them exactly on that time. I love the products and the customer care from this company.

Amazing quality
First slept in these sheets in a air bnb in Scotland, loved them so much I sneaked a peak at the labels and then bought them when I got home, now I have several sets for my bed and also the French linen for our guest bed. They was amazingly, iron beautifully if you want to, I love them!

Finally a good sleep
Was easy to order. The courier company was a pain, not enough notice on delivery times and tjey didnt stick to the times. My order then got returned by the courier and there was a bit if delay getting my order reshipped to me.

Sleeping beauties, better late than ever
Took delivery of my order today - finally! They were supposed to come on Thursday of last week. But DPD driver attempted to deliver to the entirely wrong address.
I emailed both DPD and Soak and Sleep to complain but neither responded.
Gripes aside - and I would be reluctant to order again if DPD is the company's preferred carrier - the pillowcases I ordered are beautiful, both in colour and quality. Very pleased with them and I look forward to using them.

No stock, no customer service, no idea
I ordered a fitted sheet in July. No indication that it was a pre-order. Absolutely no communication from the company until I called and raised an issue.
Told it would be in stock week commencing 24 Aug, then by 31 Aug. Definitely despatched before September. It's now September and no sheet.
I'm starting to think that the stock is a figment of their imagination.
I did email customer support again to ask if they had stock and when I could expect my order to be finally sent. No answer.
DO NOT order from them.
Edit:
It's mid September and still no sheet. Plus reaching them on the phone is almost impossible. I think the lines are open 9-noon (3 hours). The phone message doesn't say that, it says the staff are on.an annual training day. But they have been on 5 of them that I know of.
