I have no idea why this company deducts…

I have no idea why this company deducts amounts of about R147 every couple of days. Short of changing my credit card, I don't know how to stop them. I have been unable to check my statement for a while. I now have a printout going back to April 2024, when I noticed the deductions. I have no idea how long it's been going on or what the deductions are for. I also don't have an email address to a get a response from them.
