Thanks to Jeremy, sending me an e.mail followed up by a phone call my misunderstanding is now going to be resolved, and a refund will be actioned, which does go towards a bad experience made better, so many thanks Jeremy.

great customer service

i mistakenly didn’t realise that this was a subscription/member site rather than just a purchase. I reached out to cancel not expecting a refund as this was my mistake, but when I received my confirmation of cancellation I was advised they’d be able to refund. great customer service
