We have ordered several things from Socal and they have always been well packaged and delivered quickly! I did a click and collect order the other week and they emailed to double check I wanted to click and collect as my home adress is quite far away. If that isn't great customer service I don't know what is. When we collect the stuff the Socal team were absolutely amazing giving great advice and genuinely showing interest. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll be returning lots!

Bought 6 BBQ rubs
Bought 6 BBQ rubs. Only tried one so far but it was amazing! Looking forward to getting through the rest. Delivery was very fast and everything was packaged well. Will definitely use again. Happy to recommend!

Traeger pellet container
Well I ordered 2 Traeger pellet containers, as they were a few pounds cheaper than anywhere else.
These were ordered late on Friday night/Saturday morning and to my surprise they were despatched Saturday lunchtime via DPD. Had confirmation via Socal & DPD to confirm that they will be delivered on Monday (as I write this on Sunday evening)
Fabulous service and free delivery if you spend over £50.
Highly recommended and will definitely be using Socal again.

Great service and prices
This was an on line purchase that involved me having to call the store a couple of times. The man I spoke to was extremely helpful, very friendly and knew the answers to the issues I was having and resolved them both.
