I ordered a custom Portugal jersey with a name and was told the turnaround time would be 3–4 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks, and I have not received my order.
Despite calling almost every week to follow up, I’ve been given repeated false delivery estimates. This item was intended as a birthday gift over a month ago, and the lack of communication and delays have been extremely frustrating. Never ordering again from this store

For official national team jerseys, including Portugal, all custom name and number orders must be produced by the official licensed provider. While we do our best to communicate the estimated turnaround time, these custom orders are made to order and occasionally take longer than expected due to production or supply delays outside of our control. We did communicate this possibility during the ordering process, but we understand that the extended wait and shifting delivery estimates were disappointing.
That said, we take full responsibility for the experience you had and for the frustration caused by the delay. We truly appreciate your patience, and as a gesture of goodwill for the extended wait, we would like to offer you an additional discount on your order.

After reviewing your order, it appears that the package was unfortunately lost in transit by the carrier. While this is rare, it can happen, and we truly regret the experience you had. We also apologize for the difficulty reaching us and for the delay in follow up. That is not the level of service we aim to provide.
Because carriers do not automatically notify us when a package is lost, we rely on customers to let us know if an order has not arrived so we can investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to proactively confirm delivery on every individual order without being notified.
At this point, we are more than happy to make this right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please contact us directly so we can resolve this immediately for you.

Very slow shipping with no communication; otherwise great.
Unbelievably slow shipping for a USMNT jersey customized with a player name/number, with few to no updates provided… to the point that I thought I’d been scammed and almost reversed the charges. Then, almost exactly 2 months after placing my order, it arrived and is perfect! Good quality, legit jersey that I couldn’t obtain anywhere else (including from USsoccer.com, which is incompetent in terms of marketing USMNT merch).
In retrospect, I just wish I’d ordered much earlier and received better communication - including notice PRIOR to ordering that delivery would take at least 2 months.

I ordered cleats back in December. As of today, I STILL had not received my order. I emailed and they said my order hadn't been processed and they didn't have a shipping date available. That is 15 DAYS from the date I ordered. TERRIBLE! I would go else where they value their customers.
