Defective Jerseys - Buyer Beware
I purchased a jersey for my son. Before 90 days, the numbers started peeling off the back of the jersey, despite following the care instructions for laundering. Their answer? They tried to iron the number back on, leaving wrinkles in it--it looks terrible. They won't replace the jersey despite it being clearly defective. This company doesn't stand by their products. Buyer beware.

Wrong name on shirt, long time to deliver and then when I complained I was told they dont have any shirts with this particular player!! I think the shirt sent to me was deliberately wrong, hoping I would accept it. It was also way over priced! Wont be back.

Lack of Communication, No Response
I have sent multiple emails about my order, with no one contacting me back. I have called every number listed and it always says they are helping another customer or away from the desk to call back later. I'm starting to think that this website is a scam. Until I hear back from someone I will stick with that thought.

I bought a pair of indoor cleats - NOT AUTHENTIC
I’m furious! I bought a pair of indoor cleats, and the second I wore them for my game, it was painfully obvious they were complete fakes! These garbage shoes had zero flex—none! When I planted my foot and tried to run, it felt like stomping in cement blocks. Within just 10 minutes, the inside of my foot was rubbed raw, practically bleeding! These cleats were so insanely stiff, it’s like they were designed to torture me. I’ve bought cleats for over 25 years and not a single one has ever been this awful. I emailed the company, laid out the whole disaster, and what do they say? “Sorry, you wore them, so no return or exchange!” Are you kidding me?! Absolute scam! I’LL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS AGAIN!!!

Avoid SoccerWearhouse – Terrible Customer Service
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with SoccerWearhouse was extremely disappointing. My order was delivered over a month late and to an unknown location. I repeatedly tried calling their customer service, but no one ever answered—calls always went straight to voicemail.
When I finally reached out via email, the response I received was shocking: they claimed they weren’t responsible if I didn’t receive my package. This level of customer support is unacceptable.
Warning to other shoppers: do not order from SoccerWearhouse. Poor service, unreliable shipping, and zero accountability.

Total garbage. The stitching on two pairs of gloves broke after minimal wear just walking my dogs. Customer service is terrible. Only offer exchanges on defective products. If it's broken, it will probably break again. OFFER REFUNDS!!

Very bad service. This is a fraudulent company. Ordered shoes which came in damaged box missing items in it. Contacted the customer service. They say the box is not their responsibility. They shipped it without any protection. Also the missing items where not included because it was damaged and that is their policy. Stay away!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not purchase a jersey from this company! I spent $130 on a Julie Ertz jersey. I purchased the jersey exactly as it was pictured. I ordered a size large, as this is always my size in jerseys (I like them to fit a bit loosely). When I received the jersey, I discovered that it was a slimfit jersey which was essentially made to fit a 10-year-old! It was SO SMALL. I double and triple checked, reading every single possible description for the jersey I had purchased and NOWHERE did it say anything about the jersey being a slimfit, nor did it say anything about it running small (I don’t even want to say it “ran small” because it was so ridiculously far from what a large should be). Immediately, I contacted the company. I asked to exchange the jersey for a larger size (since I had spent a small fortune to purchase it). They REFUSED to exchange it, claiming that it was a “custom” jersey. Apparently, they consider ALL of their jerseys to be “custom” jerseys. So, I am out $130 and own a jersey that might fit my 10-year-old son, but certainly won’t fit me (I’m not even a big person lol I am 5’1” and 115 pounds!). Again, do NOT waste your money purchasing from this company. They will rip you off. Go to a more reputable site to purchase a jersey! I got suckered in with a coupon code and now I am regretting it.
