O Stars! Withdraw money without my consent and customer service was very rude. Would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away. There’s other company’s out there that conduct business with ethics.

Dirty robbing gits tried to rob money off me this morning. Thankfully my bank sorted it. Never heard of these clowns before now. Scum bags.

Customer service

1. This is a garbage company. To avoid them, don't click on any suspicious links. Do not apply for a loan through some fishy company.
2. Customer service is absolutely poor, as their script is only set up to discuss account closure.
3. The only reason, why I rated 5 is, Steven.
Unfortunately, Steven is working as Customer service. But, he was the only one, that went out of their script, and acted as a genuine human being. His Customer service was great and he was very helpful.
4. If anyone connects to Steven, don't be rude to him please.
Regards

Terrible company

Terrible company, never told me I signed up as clearly I would’ve cancelled if I knew about it. I don’t have a phone so can’t revive the messages that were apparently sent to me.
The customer service was awful, and after taking money out of my account they refuse to refund me, and were very rude in the process.
I’m now £10 down for something I never signed up for, nor was alerted to the fact that I was signed up to a contract I didn’t sign.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Thieves and scammers

Bunch of data thieves that somehow set up unauthorised direct debits from your bank account, despite never having your bank details.
I've never heard of "social protect" so i googled them, and confirmed that ive never heard of them or signed up for their services. Never given them my bank details yet £9.99 has been taken from my account via direct debit.
I have cancelled the direct debit and will be keeping an eye on my account to ensure no future payments are taken...
Definitely not legal, and definitely don't protect you from data breaches and cold calls as they claim to do!!
Judging by previous reviews they won't refund the money either so probably not even worth contacting them...

Sms recieved saying loan accepted.

I had recieved a text/sms message about a loan. As soon as I clicked the link and email came through about an account so went to check. The account was opened from the time I had clicked the link and had all my details listed (full name, home address etc) which I didn't give to them, I scrolled down the page and clicked close account and received an email saying the account has been closed. So their site says they protect peoes personal details don't pay out loans, but yet their text said they do. Thats how they trick people and set up a subscription for monthly payments from bank accounts. Most banking apps now have a section that people can now see any subscriptions list so can act on them straight away.
