I ordered a pair of socks but when they arrived at my home in Canada, they were not the ones I had wanted. I'd ordered the wrong pair. I spoke to a gal on the phone and there was no problem returning them. It was super easy and they sent me the ones I wanted in return. Great socks, great service. Would definitely recommend!

TLDR: Worth every penny / cent!
I purchased a large number of these in October. Shipping to the UK was easy and quicker than I anticipated.

Shipping Guarantee gave me confidence in ordering.

The website is easy to navigate and models are inclusive which is always a bonus. There's so much choice!

The quality of the items is absolutely incredible (specifically talking about the in house items, not from other vendors like Leg Avenue)

The descriptions are accurate and measurements helpful.
They came packaged very well with no faults.
I'm 179cm tall and have disproportionately long legs, thick thighs and UK Women's size 9 feet [UK dress size 10-12] but true to their word, the [extraordinarily long] thigh highs are actually, thigh height! I reccommend reading the carefully written descriptions and having a tailors [measuring] tape to hand.

Colours stay beautifully in the wash and I've found no bobbling and minimal curling/top rolling.

I also reccomend the "it stays up" sock glue massively. I was skeptical when purchasing but needn't have been. No uncomfortable digging or chafing, no falling down, no smeary feeling on your skin - it's bliss. No smell or rubbing off with acetone or micellar water, it just melts in the shower and doesn't feel tacky / assaults the senses.

They aren't cheap- but they're also not expensive. These aren't the same socks sold in high Street retailers cutting costs and margins, the kind that are 'one size fits all' that come up to your knee, fade, ladder or rip.

They are genuinely so comfortable and like a second skin. To the point where I've worn them outside in British winter and felt as warm as tights! Zero slip 🙏🏽💃

Customer service is highly responsive via email. Had the tiniest hiccup with my order which was rectified within a 24hr period.
Would recommend and would definitely shop here again (made sweeter by a loyalty programme).

I am so excited every time I get to email Sock Dreams for any reason, because I've gotten the most lovely and effective support, every single time. A while ago I asked about a pride sticker I was hoping to see made, and they eventually did make it, and kept their promise to remind me when it was available. Thank you so much!

I reached out to them because something I wanted was discontinued. Customer service told me about the item, said she'd put in a word to get similar items, and even helped me order something out of stock on the website that they actually had one left of. I've had absolutely no problems ordering from them and I'm a big fan of how they conduct themselves. If I could leave six stars, I would.

Did not receive our order and were told that we didn't purchase insurance on the shipment so we do not get a refund and they cannot guarantee another shipment would make it either. I'm trying to have it sent to a different address to see if that works. My kiddo is heartbroken.
Actually now, Jaya has helped file a claim and track down our package. So I'll give 'em 3 stars for effort! Hopefully we can find itQ!

Was accidentally sent the wrong socks and after I emailed them, they got back to me in the same day and rectified my issue. Very quick and easy. They're sending me another pair of socks and letting me keep the ones they sent by accident. That's pretty great customer service and everything went exactly as they had said.

As for the comfort of the socks, they're great. Super comfortable and don't hug my legs too tightly, which was my initial concern as my thighs are quite big. Very colourful too, I love them. Have been wearing them whenever I get the opportunity.

I have been gifted and bought several pairs of socks and thigh highs from them. They have been the best quality socks I have purchased in my life. Every item I have is comfortable, fits well and the material is better than sock I've owned in the past. The sock glue is an amazing product, has a solid hold on the articles of clothing that you want to stay in place. The shipping has been incredibly fast even with recent events. The customer service is 10/10. I recommend them to everyone I know looking at getting socks and thigh highs.

I ordered a pair of socks and their sock glue. The total came to $26. When I typed in my card information, they said my card was declined which is absolute nonsense because my card is valid and there’s plenty of money on it. When I checked my transaction history for my card, it said I was charged the $26 on their site TWICE! How is a website gonna decline your card and still take the money off it? This website is a scam and I will never even try to purchase anything from them again! I’ll take my business elsewhere with honest merchants!

I checked customs before ordering and am aware of percentage to pay but you declared at least 2 items as being $100 an value which is ridiculous. Purchased amount was $100 and on you declaration it was closer to $300 meaning duties set at 60% of what i actually paid. Unless the socks are weaved in gold you guys are scammers and if item is returned probably wont refund me. Easy money for you I guess. Item sent back to customs with complaint

Nice socks, most of the plus sized ones I ordered over the years were not at all plus and I couldn't wear them, a few were ok, and so yeah. They do have an awful return policy.

Great quality socks and the wide range of models that are “normal people” and in-depth descriptions about the stretch of the socks.

Wonderful customer service.

Ordered 2 pairs for my wife at a cost of £34.92 including postage. Paypal added fees on of £1.21 and the UK customs charges came in at £13.48 so the total cost for 2 pairs of socks was a whopping £50.82, ouch!

Postage times (Sock Dreams quote 7-16 days): Ordered 5th February, parcel en-route 6th February, parcel left San Francisco 17th February (12 days after order was placed), arrived UK 18th February, customs charges notified to me 22nd February (total time 17 days).

Summary: Socks are good but not worth twenty five quid a pair (my fault for not looking into the customs charges properly).

Best socks ever! Super fast shipping. Basically everything about sock dreams is perfect. ❤️
