Where are the 2 reviews that I have already done - is there any point in doing a third ?

Clearly they haven’t been published - communication and customer service poor, not delivered within the 28 days as stated several times in the website, not delivered to room by 3rd party, bolt on arms took my husband and I nearly 2 hours because you can’t see the receiver thread to the bolt. Very heavy sofa made from MDF.

Great selection of styles and fabrics to create a customised sofa exactly as you want it. Communication re progress of my order and delivery dates was excellent. Delivery was expertly handled too, with my sofa delivered exactly to the 28 day timescale promised in the website. Excellent service all round!

Hassle free experience from placing the order to receiving delivery. The sofabed fits perfectly into the space, looks great, and is very sturdy both as a sofa and bed.

Great looking sofa bed, does what it says on the tin and James in customer service is really lovely and helpful. The only reason we’re not giving 5 stars is the the bolt on arm was a nightmare to get on, the screws didn’t line up well and at one point we nearly gave up, the instructions given didn’t really do much. At last though we managed!

A very efficient and reliable company. James went out of his way to resolve a delivery issue I had, which was NOT their fault. I think he is a real asset to the company and would have no hesitation in recommending them. I am very pleased with the sofabed, good quality and well made. Many thanks James and Andrew.

We needed a Sofabed quickly.James responded immediately and was extremely helpful.He prioritised our order and even showed us fabric on a video call ! The whole process was very smooth.Our beautiful,comfortable Sofabed arrived ahead of time.Thank you !

Everything about this piece of furniture is as expected and promised. It looks good, is fairly easy to operate once you get the hang of it and it fits nicely into the room. I’ve not yet slept on it, so can’t comment on the comfort. Delivery was seamless, despite our house being difficult to find.

Good communiction throughout the ordering and delivery process. Deliverd within the given timeframe, and the sofabed is exactly as described and very good quality.

Great great service from start to finish even gave us a courtesy call to ask if we would like to upgrade to a pocket sprung mattress free of charge as there was a promotion. Item delivered very impressed although colour was not quite as we expected however matches the decor and the product outweighs the colour.

The sofa bed was delivered in 3 weeks and 4 days, and it is very sturdy and nice. The customer support team- James to be exact- came back to me quick every time I needed an update, so it was a five start experience overall.
Now, there are place for improvements for sure, but my interactions with James was so good that it would cover all the shortcomings.
I needed the item ASAP so I have reached out before ordering and James said that they would try to deliver it in 2 weeks. After I put down the order and sent him the order number, he updated me that they don't have that specific fabric, so it would take more.
It would be best if I knew what fabrics are available to begin with, but since he immediately came back to me, I had the chance to change it if time was more important than the fabric.
Since we texted each other over WhatsApp, I could follow up with him asynchronously, which suits me most because usually I am in meetings and don't have time for phone calls.
The quality of both the bed and the sofa was really good. I bought the "Cheshire Double Box Bed" which is one of their best sellers. However, the top part is a bit heavy so if you buy it for an old guest, you'll need to set it up and back again yourself. I wish they could have made it a bit lighter or add a mechanism to help people with that, but other than that there is no complains. :)
The sofa bed is useful in more ways than what I expected and it was cozy to sleep on for my guests.

Great company . Beautiful quality sofa bed and have had guests on it all ready. It's a small double so only ideal for one adult or would be a tight squeeze. But it's gwat quality and fabric is lovely too.

Great quality sofa bed. The customer service staff were amazing when I asked for advice on the grey fabrics, sending me every grey they had! Delivery was prompt within the 3 week timeframe. Excellent service and quality - would recommend
