Just received my sofa bed great quality and very well made and the 2 man delivery team were excellent as well from start to finish a very professional company offering a great product and a great service thank you

Well packaged, well delivered, excellent options BUT one of the detachable arms was badly milled on one of the four securing points so it’s holding on 3 (not a significant problem)
Next day James rang from Sofabed. Offered replacement arm but it’s ok so complimentary cushions: A1 service 👍

Good customer service, good communication.

The sofa bed was exactly as description and correct measurements as we had a very tight space to fit it in to, it was a perfect fit. My daughter has slept on it and informed us that it was a very comfortable nights sleep. It is beautifully crafted and looks like great quality and the price was great too. Would definitely recommend!

Love my new chaise longue sofabed. Unfortunately the mattress was missing when it was first delivered, but service was really helpful when I phoned to report this. One was delivered within a few days (only not the next day because of my availability). Have yet to use it as a bed!

The sofabed arrived on time as promised, but the two gentlemen from the delivery company had no idea how to get it up the stairs. At least they had sufficient sense to realize that they did not have the competence to complete the job! But things were looking awkward at this point .... However, James from sofabed.co.uk responded quickly and then took the trouble to drive down from Cheshire to Leicestershire with his colleague Tim to make the move that same evening, after their working day! This level of customer care is just stunning! The sofabed (a Devon 2-seater) has excellent build quality and is certainly comfortable to sit on. I cannot recommend sofabed.co.uk highly enough; 5 stars just seems a paltry rating in this instance!

The reviews are true - strongly recommend this company and their products. I ordered the Helsinki Day bed in lavender last year and love it! I have had loads of comments from guests about how comfortable it is and love how it looks. It’s high quality and sturdy.

Not only that, the team went above and beyond for me. From answering my questions over the phone to making cushions in a specific shape for me to going out of their way to deliver and assemble up an incredibly steep flight of stairs after a long day!

We had a small problem with the fabric having sustained small piece of damage during delivery- this was listened to and problem solved very quickly. Delivery was as agreed/ timely. First class sofa- just what I needed. Also made in the UK.

I love my sofa bed ,easy to convert into a double bed and back again ,it is well made ,sturdy ,solid construction ,I upgraded to a spring mattress as I didn’t want sponge one ,it is very comfortable to sleep on ,and to sit on during the day ,I also added a footstool to match ,I love the colour I chose ,it is as described on the site ,reasonably priced and staff were very helpful when I rang to order ,measurements are as described as it needed to go into the only space I had ,nice sturdy feet ,and made in Britain 🇬🇧

I searched many websites for specific speciations on the sofa bed I wanted for a particular space. Sofa Bed UK provided exactly what I was looking for. They have a very easy to read and understand website of models, sizes, and additional requirement's they also have an extensive fabric selection and are happy to send out swatches. They offer arm removal, extra width, arm caps and sprung mattress option.I have now taken delivery of my sofa bed and could not be happier. Thank you. Excellent service.

Great comms from the company from order to delivery. Whilst no one has slept on it yet, it looks to be a high quality product - exactly what was advertised and what we wanted.
