Delighted with the customer service at the sofa store we went to order this week and received great customer service from the colleague who was working. I will recommend to anyone looking for a sofa with a good fair price compared to other retailers.

Avoid! This company will take your money, not give your money back and then make false promises again and again. Avoid!

It took 6momths to arrive but we are very pleased with the sofa thanks to Adam.

Great quality sofas, exactly what wanted. Good service, was concerned initially as was advised unable to make payment by credit card during home visit, had to make payment via online banking directly to them, didn't expect that. But received fast delivery and all packaging removed.

I can’t believe that in my 70s I would be pursuing legal proceedings against Sofalux for a suite ordered and paid for in full at their insistence when we placed the order in July 2022. The Suite was never received. Despite numerous promises of a refund with compensation, we have not as yet received a penny. This is not only fraudulent and illegal behaviour it takes its toll on your mental health as you trust people to act honourably and decently. Sofalux you promised in March to pay me so I ask you to salvage your reputation before your court appearance.

I definitely would not recommend this company, they insisted on full payment in cash before placing the order, when we refused after being advised not to by our bank they harrased and hounded us by ringing and messaging several times a day for days after and would not accept that we no longer trusted them and did not want to proceed with the ordeŕ

The lads that brought it was professional had a small issue with the day of delivery but finally got it

I've never seen so many 5* from people who haven't done any reviews before or maybe one , the grammar is surprisingly similar I wonder why?? Avoid this company.

Do I trust 5* reviews on trust pilot! I think not.
Sofalux did not honour our order or uphold their promise of a full refund which we had just got back via our credit card. No accountability for the company!
I do find it interesting that after every negative review within days there’s loads of five star reviews no in between

Please avoid this company, they are shocking. I am doing this review for My mother as it has been over a year in waiting for her suite. They are ignoring her emails and phone calls. I have advised her to go to trading standards as enough is enough.

why do i not believe all these fantastic reviews i will tell you why because i have dealt with this company and they are compulsive liars they have got over £2000 of my money since last august and will not refund they have now deleted all the social media articles on them changed directors again because the company can not deliver what they offer if you value your money do NOT use Sofalux

Ordered the Atlantis and paid in FULL in August they then rung me to confirm what we had ordered when it clearly stated on our receipt what we paid for we then phoned them in November for a delivery date which they told us would be the 5th November this came and passed so rung again now the excuses started so we took legal advice and sent a letter of breach of contract an asked for a refund to which they said they could NOT process back to my card, told us to go through my credit card company which is totally wrong, we then put some reviews on various sites which got a massive response from many disgruntled customers my wife then got a phone call trying to intimidate her which will never work i then got a call being very apologetic and to say the will sort my refund within the next 2 days that was on the 19th December obviously this never happened Sofalux do not make their own furniture as we was told check them out on companies house for some interesting information they do not care about customers one of their own employees said this to us
We have now gone down the legal route we will get our money back eventually I advise you to do your research on SOFALUX Before paying them any money this is just the start of many reviews because it seems this is the only way to stop people getting ripped off

Fantastic service and dealt with in a proper professional manner. Customer service second to none and extremely helpful in providing details and service. Will defo use again

Great service from this company, 10/10 quality sofas very coasy and comfortable just what I asked for, delivery what spot on time a highly recommend anyone to come here for a new sofa won’t let you any way of possible. Would definitely come here if needing a upgrade in the future. Thankyou very much
