It was a good experience with Sofalux crystal peaks . I had my armchair and sofa bed with footstool just delivered and I am very pleased with them. The delivery was tricky due to the flat being on the second floor but the guys were very persistent and got everything in. Due to my new floor fitting being delayed for 3 months they had to hold on to my stuff for that long. I am really grateful for that and for the prompt delivery once the floor was sorted.

Very pleased with SofaLux, promised delivery before Christmas and delivered today. Problems with getting in the front door but the guys persevered and eventually after removing a fence panel we got it into the house, still difficulty in getting it into our living room so the returned later with some fitters who removed the back and got it in with no problem, definitely a very good job.

My sofa arrived today and I could not be happier. It is beautiful. Absolute amazing quality. Everything about my experience with sofalux sheffield was outstanding, from the first time I walked in the store right through to the delivery of my sofa. Their instore customer service was amazing helping me with finding the perfect sofa for the layout of my living room. The quality is amazing and came even better than what I expected. The delivery people were really careful unpacking the sofa and taking the rubbish away, as well as removing my old sofa. Stumbled across this shop after looking in all the others and so pleased we did.
Sofalux gave 100% service and quantity.
Came out to measure up, so much choice of fabrics , colours and designs.
Perfect,looks amazing and so comfortable.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience. The product quality was of the highest and the staff were most helpful. The staff were informative and helped in any way they could. We are very satisfied with every aspect during our dealings with Sofalux.

We looked around several other retailers but couldn't find the quality, style and price point we were satisfied with, but 10 minutes in the Crystal Peaks store and we were sold.

The option to customise sofas along with the range of materials and filling was superior to every other retailer we visited which made the decision straight forward.

They even asked us to confirm our measurements when we got home, to make sure we got a perfect fit.

Several months in and its still everything we hoped for.

Was looking for a particular sofa went to sofalux after going around a few places thought i was going to have a rethink as couldnt get the colour or size i wanted.I could pick any sofa and they would have it made in any of the fabrics and different colours. My sofas arrived yesterday and im over the moon with the quality of them. They look more expensive than they were.Flexible delivery time to suit which is an added bonus

Called in just for a look and walked away with two beautiful sofas. Had a very wide range of colours and fabrics and found the perfect one. Arrived 6 weeks later and couldn’t be happier. They are good quality and super comfortable. Customer service great and would highly recommend!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Very friendly staff. We ordered our Sofas in store at crystal peaks and had them delivered very swiftly. Excellent communication, staff were very polite, cooperated really well with us and ensured our requirements were met within the desired budget. Will definitely be buying furniture from Sofalux again. Love the Sofas and the quality.
