Great customer service

Damien and Neil were both absolutely great! Attentive, patient, professional and personable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and no pushy sales tactics at all. From my first visit, I was definitely confident to go for something a little dearer than I intended, but better quality and longer lasting. Thank you guys and Sofology!

Good range of sofas and very helpful friendly staff

We were greeted by Sid who was very friendly . We spent around 2 hours in the store and Sid was very patient and helpful in helping me decide on which sofas I wanted. He made the process very easy and straight forward. Overall I was very happy and satisfied with the service I received from Sid

The showroom had lots to see and helped me to choose the sofas I wanted.
I consider the salespersons approach important in buying a sofa. The sales assistant was very helpful and was very good at her job in assisting me and my wife in choosing what we wanted. Think she was called something like Saff?

We had a great experience at the Blackburn Sofology store, thanks mainly to Mike. His service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Mike took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, explained all the options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. A really positive experience overall, and we’re very much looking forward to receiving our sofas. We weren't pestered or followed when looking around, I hate being pounced on as soon as you get through the door.
When ordering the sales person explained the whole order/delivery process and the benefits of the cleaning care kit and Sofasheild insurance. There was no hard sell he said it was entirely our decision.
The whole process was not stressful and felt very easy, the sales person was very friendly and helpfull.

Micheal Game was so helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy listened to our requirements and helped us with dimensions. Super service would recommend

It was a pleasant visit overall we didn't get pestered and when we needed we found someone to help and get our order placed

Fantastic experience. Been in a few times before we finally decided what we wanted. Each time Mike was fantastic. He knows the products inside and out. But more importantly he got to know us, he could then advise on styles colours etc. Never felt pressured into anything and when coming to order he took us step by step through the full process. I can’t think of anything that could have made this better.
