Problem solved

Because of a mix up with the finance arrangements, our order was cancelled. Obviously, this was annoying and frustrating. However, when we returned to the Blackburn store, they resolved the problem and reordered the sofa. They were very apologetic and although we now have to wait even longer, we were happy with the outcome.

The staff went above and beyond …

The staff went above and beyond to assist us to find the sofa for us! They didn't follow us around the store or constantly check in so that we could look around at our leisure!
They were friendly and not pushy at all!

It’s the second time I’ve been to have…

It’s the second time I’ve been to have a look and decide on a sofa . First time was asked if I needed any help just let them know and i looked round at length , not bothered or rushed , questions answered by a young man . This time same very friendly and when I was ready Damian helped me and was very knowledgeable and kind . That’s why I was able to decide what I wanted . Thanks again Damian so patient ,good job 👍

Relaxed atmosphere

Lovely staff really helpful and went through all options. Relaxed and comfortable experience and wasn’t rushed. Various choices and a wide variety of options. I would recommend using sofology to anyone looking for a new stylish sofa.

An absolutely appalling company!!!!

An absolutely appalling company!!!!! And that's putting it mildly. I was supposed to be receiving my new sofa just over a week ago now. We ordered it at the beginning of November last year. The delivery guys rang us up saying that they wouldn't be able to deliver our sofa because of a low bridge, we then gave a alternative route. The reply back was, well I'm sorry but we have run over our time slot for your drop off, we're not interested in an alternative route. They said that we would get a call the next day to sort out another delivery day/time. I rang them twice. We should of been getting our sofa this Wednesday, but it's been cancelled!!!! And they have given us a new date for delivery.. another week of waiting!!!! We got rid of our old sofa the day before like they say to do so, so now we haven't got anything but the floor to sit on. The deckchairs are back breaking and have been disposed of. This is absolutely beyond the joke!!!!!!! I have never ever experienced such an appalling experience in my life!!!!!!! If it isn't delivered this time, I will be wanting a refund of what we've paid!!! Good job i used PayPal payment.

A good and helpful experience

I'd just been to another furniture store nearby who made me feel like an outsider who'd walked into their saloon. My experience with Seriya in the Blackburn store was quite the opposite. She was very welcoming and helpful without being pushy. She understood exactly what I wanted and showed me everything that met those requirements. She was pleasant and good humoured, the perfect employee.
