I purchased 2 sofas from sofology roughly 10 years ago and had no problems that's why I chose to return I was even served by the same assistant who was very helpful again

Problem solved
Because of a mix up with the finance arrangements, our order was cancelled. Obviously, this was annoying and frustrating. However, when we returned to the Blackburn store, they resolved the problem and reordered the sofa. They were very apologetic and although we now have to wait even longer, we were happy with the outcome.

The staff went above and beyond …
The staff went above and beyond to assist us to find the sofa for us! They didn't follow us around the store or constantly check in so that we could look around at our leisure!
They were friendly and not pushy at all!
