I purchased 2 sofas from sofology roughly 10 years ago and had no problems that's why I chose to return I was even served by the same assistant who was very helpful again

A pleasurable experience
The overall experience in choosing a sofa was made easier with your member of staff called Sid. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product , explained about all the different materials and finishes on the suites . Gave a good input into helping us choose, without being pushy , his opinion was genuine. Thankyou for making it a pleasurable experience and looking forward to our new suite when it arrives.

We can’t thank Mike enough for his support in helping us choose and buy our sofa. We visited the store on several occasions to make sure we were completely certain with our choice, and every time we were met with excellent customer service. Mike was incredibly helpful, offering guidance and advice at every step without making us feel pressured. He’s a real credit to the company, and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sofa.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Damian was very helpful and knowledgeable, advising us on the sofa features and which options would best suit my room’s dimensions. He showed me the available fabrics and was never pushy — just excellent customer service throughout.

No pressure sale
I went to Sofology maybe 3 or 4 times over a few weeks to view the sofa I eventually chose. Michael was on hand to explain all the different options and answer any questions without any pressure.
