Tian at Carlisle had great customer service, did not pressure any sale and had great knowledge of all the products and what the company offers. Was friendly and made our experience of buying a sofa easy and memorable!

Very helpful staff with a great showroom of different sofa types. We dealt with Dean at the Carlisle branch and he made the purchase very simple and quick.

This was my second visit, as with the first visit I experienced first class customer service.

Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He was also absolutely lovely to my 1 year old.
The store is well presented clean and well staffed.
The store (carlisle) had baby changing facilities which were needed.
No hard selling which is excellent.

We had a great experience with Dean at your carlisle store today not too pushy and very respectful of our needs. We bought our last couches with sofology so hopefully have as good a service second time around.

Great store. Very friendly staff. Harrison English was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Was given time to browse and try chairs and sofas without staff breathing down neck. But they were readily available to answer questions thoroughly and did not rush or pressure.
