Sofology - Chester Reviews 

We were looking for a corner unit with some specifications. Staff went out their way to show different units, helped in every step to select the right unit and with finance. Great service

The service I received was outstanding. Luan gave a friendly & genuine welcome. I was feeling a little overwhelmed with how many choices there were. I explained what I wanted and laun talked me through my options and was so incredibly patient with me. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service.

Tried a few shops looking for a new sofa. We ended up in Sofology Chester. The whole experience was easy from beginning to end. We were allowed to browse with no pressure, reach our own decisions until we had an idea.
Daniel was great. He guided us and advised us on what we had in mind and we ended up with the exact thing we wanted in the right fabric type even though we mixed two ranges. Great technical as well as aesthetic guidance.
Can't speak highly enough of Daniel. Needless to say, we bought.

Store staff very helpful - totally unpressured. Got exactly what we wanted and good choice of options.

What a disgusting company. Do not buy ! I tried to cancel and contacted customer service who said fine one would call back which they didn’t. Then they said I was out of time to cancel.
I was really pressured .. one of the reps tried to come to my home to get me to sign the credit agreement.
No emails were answered. No phone calls were answered. I had to threaten legal action through a male friend because they just ignored me.
Complaints did contact me .. I’ve now had to change my order from a sofa to a chair dont want. Their prices are very expensive . Their stock is from china.
Terrible terrible customer care

I visited Chester store today. The staff seemed very lethargic and one chap said Good Morning but no one offered to help.
The fabrics on the sofas are all the same - either leather or Chenille which is shiny and looks cheap. No choices!
A disappointing visit.

We bought a sofa after 10 weeks it arrived, and rather than stand over the delivery team we foolishly left them to it, after a period of silence we looked to see how they were getting on but the had sneaked out the front door leaving us with a sofa that did not work or an instruction manual as to how it worked. we contacted the Chester store where we bought it who kicked the can down the road to the service department what a joke they were, the first person we spoke insisted we crawl on the floor to get the serial number before he would continue we are both in our seventies and he knew it no one ever contacted us we had to do all the arrangements and keep phoning back to see what was happening, after a further 2 weeks a third party engineer finally fixed the problem he provided the missing cable and gave us a full demonstration on how to use and take apart something Sofology should have done attitude was we got your money now pop along, to cap it all we received a ridiculous email from a character called Mike Lloyd who said everything bar sorry our advice don't go there they are all talk we have had an electronic reply no one can be bothered to pick up the phone we have their money so dump them on a third party so how can we trust the garantee from Sofology as I have paid with a credit card may as well get our money back it is still within the time for a claim
