John greeted us when we entered the store and allowed us space to browse and try out different sofas without any pressure. We fell in love with one and he was so helpful talking us through all our options and getting our order placed. I can’t wait to receive our new sofa

Great service, relaxed approach. The store was clean, tidy and inviting. We were greeted on entrance by Luan and she was happy to check in on us and answer all of our questions. When we decided to buy Luan took us through the whole process in great detail and happily answered our questions clearly. Very happy with the order process.

Assistant was very pleasant and offered help when we needed it. We dislike being followed around the store by over eager salespersons so we found it enjoyable to walk around the store in peace.

Staff were very helpful told them what we wanted and found the sofa we loved ordered the one pointed too

Went to the Chester store and was greeted by John who was very helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly, talked through and explained everything and helped us come to our decision. Great experience. Looking forward to our new sofa.

Julie was very helpful and informative. Made the purchase quick and simple. This is my 4th sofa bought from the store in a short space of time to furnish my new home and that is because every member of staff has been helpful without being pushy and seem to really know the products and the delivery procedures well. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else to be honest it’s a pleasure to shop there.
