Great experience, not pounced on as soon as you walk through the door. Been in a few times and given plenty of advice and time to think. Purchased today with the help of a lovely sales assistant, Natasha. Looking forward to receiving our new sofas.

No pressurised selling, but helpful when needed. Both George and Cloi were very helpful.

Natasha was brilliant and helped when we got stuck on colours was very patient and informative.

No pressure just let us look around got some nice things.we had a look around four other stores but came back to sofology as the sofa fitted what we needed Steve made us welcome as did other members of staff.also made a good coffee.just like to say thanks again for you help.

The hedge and staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful and informative and the process was really smooth. Amazing selection to choose from and in a really relaxed environment without the pressure pitch. Extra credit to Natasha who was fabulous!

The choice of products was extensive and the showroom was well laid out and clean. Browsing was a positive experience - we were asked if we needed any help but were then left to look around as much as we wanted to without being pestered. Sahil helped us with our purchase once we had decided. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this store to others.

We visited four different retailers for a family sofa. We found George to have the most knowledge and experience! Sofology was most definitely the best store we visited in Hedge End. George was friendly, funny and answered our questions professionally, he gave us great tips. We highly recommend Sofology, make sure you ask for George as he knows everything you need to know about sofas and more.

Very helpful all the info we needed was at hand

Natasha was so helpful. She listened to our requirements and took us straight to the ones that ticked the right boxes. She also suggested a couple of alter tubes that we might like to consider and we were able to then narrow it down to 2 weeks really liked. We came home and looked at the space we had in our room and returned the next day with our daughter so that she could help us make the final decision. She was not pushy but helped keep us focused! There were so many nice sofas to choose from it was hard to decide but with her advice we go there relatively fast and are thrilled with our choice.
