Not visited the store before, staff were friendly and helpful and not pushy.
They left us to look round, but were on hand if we had any questions.
We went home to measure up and returned later and the ordering process was easy and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Gabi was very attentive and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She didn’t pressure us and sent us the dimensions of the sofa bed via email. Excellent service!

Peter was excellent - kept making sure we were making the right choice for us - explained everything really clearly - so happy with our choice!

We were made to feel very welcome when we entered Sofology, without feeling harassed. We first met Nikola a few weeks back, and she was polite and friendly and showed us the features of several sofas. This week we met Agne who was equally as polite and friendly and helped us through ordering the sofa we wanted.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly without being pushy. Very knowledgeable and exclaimed the benefits of buying with sofology and all the added extra that's included that is extra elsewhere. Budgets for everyone too.

Staff were attentive and helpful

I am writing this review to bring to light the absolute worst experience of a business in my entire life. My wife and daughter have had to persevere in the pursuit to simply purchase a 3 piece sofa suite to provide comfort for me in my terminal illness palliative care. We paid up front in September for a sofa that was listed as in stock and available within two weeks and here we are in January with a further 10 week wait to try and simply receive a fully functioning working sofa. It has been excuse after excuse with the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. We have paid 3k for this and after a battle been offered £100 for our inconvenience. Where has customer service gone, they have no idea and blame it on the new owners DFS. If I could give a negative status I would. I do not recommend this store in Ipswich nor do I rate the professionalism of the staff at all levels. Im just so sick and tired of the poor mixed up performance.

Went to visit the Ipswich store they had a great range of sofas in particular sofa beds which we were looking for. We were greeted and given time to have a look around then Peter came over and gave us detailed information on the few sofas that we were interested in. He explained how they work and gave us time to try them all multiple times we did not feel rushed at all and in the end we brought a sofa.

Really helpful team at the Ipswich branch; visited several times before choosing the sofa and all the team were helpful, polite and answered all my questions with our rushing or pressurising me. Would recommend them to anyone.

Friendly efficient service. Visited 10 days ago. Enjoyed my visit as very informative without being pushy. All completed today and everything explained well all questions answered. All great Looking forward to my new comfy sofa :)

It was lovely and relaxed, had coffee when we walked in, everyone was happy to help.

Personally I don’t like staff following me around trying to sell me something and chattering along the way! If I want to purchase something I will find you! I find it off putting. This happened as soon as I walked in the store!
When we went upstairs it seemed to stop then wham …. Again three members of staff asked if we were okay! Yes I’m okay thank you - really wanted to say please leave me alone! I know they are only doing their job. not everyone likes the full on sales pressure! I did end up buying a sofa and while the sales assistant was very pleasant talked constantly about how she was doing her job by telling us!
Please …. I’m a grown adult well into life I know how to clean sofas and to demonstrate how to plump the cushions ….

I visited the Ipswich store twice and was really impressed with the service we received. The second time we spoke with Nicola who helped us choose our dream sofa. We went into the store expecting to order one sofa but after speaking with Nicola she made us think about various different design aspects of our space so we chose another. I’m very grateful for Nicola’s expert advice otherwise we would have ended up purchasing a sofa that I don’t think would have looked good in our space.

Peter at the ipswich store was really helpful he moved the l shape sofa in the store show room we liked about to a configuration of our home lay out. He done a lot of juggling about and moving things around just so we could see what it would look like and there was no sales pressure😊
