Awful service and shocking lack of communication. We purchased a sofa from the store, paid outright and in full. Waited two week delivery, sofa arrived and one of the items was the wrong colour. Was told another 10-12 week wait for a new one, even though it was still in stock and two week delivery in store. A week later one of the items broke, again customer service was shocking, told me the parts would be delivered and someone would come and fix it whilst still awaiting the sofa in the correct colour. To then be told parts are out of stock until further notice, chair was stuck in its recliner position. Again customer service was shocking they just kept trying to get rid of me and said the first point of call was to dispute the wrong colour which had already been done, then said we had delivery date 12 weeks later and still no communication or confirmation of the new sofa after being told it would arrive on the 20th december. I understand mistakes happen but when Noone appears to want to help or rectify this mistake its very disappointing having to constantly chase for something we paid for outright on the 25th September and still no have not have or any communication from customer service team/manufacturers, the staff in store are saying its not their responsibility to chase and its now 21st December. Almost 14weeks this is not acceptable

Dreadful company avoid. Delivered a sofa and it was damaged even damaged our floor and door way. Abusive delivery staff. Had to fight to get a replacement. Avoid ipswich staff . Two years later we find out that despite paying for the extra insurance it wasn't set up correctly. Staff at head office utterly useless. Contacted Ipswich branch and was told i had a attitude problem

Sofa arrived damaged.
After one week still no contact from customer services. Tried calling their number multiple times and no answer. Delivery drivers said that I’d be contacted in a matter of days for a repair or replacement and this has not happened.
