It was just nice to walk in and not be hassled by sales people just as you walk through the door, we looked around found what we wanted and then ask for assistance. We then sat with the sales person who then gave us options and even ask if we wanted a coffee or tea which is a nice touch. Chose what we wanted completed all the forms and came away happy.

The staff at sofology were amazing. We went in three times to see a sofa which we liked. At all times we had good service from the staff. On our last visit, when we actually purchased the sofa, the staff helped a lot. Explained how everything would work. Great service.

The staff in the Leicester store were knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy at all. I was told delivery would be 15 weeks and that’s exactly what it was. I was given a 3 hour time slot the day before delivery and it arrived well within that time, with a phone call received telling us they were half an hour away. The 2 man delivery team were polite, courteous and very efficient. Couldn’t really ask for more. We’ll see how durable the sofas are over time.

Basically, we tried to order a sofa in January and initially we were told that the sofa cannot be taken apart so we left it as we knew we would anticipate problems getting it up to their room it needs to be in.. within 10 minutes of us leaving the shop we were contacted by the staff from the shop and said that he had spoken to the manager and it would be possible to get an engineer out and everything was done and we ordered our sofa. Waiting three months looking forward to having our sofa we are now told that the engineer is not available and that is our responsibility. We can either get a refund or choose another! Terrible customer service poor communication and making promises they cannot deliver on!
The situation gets worse! The sofa was delivered after much stress and debate. The delivary was smooth no issues but we noticed that the sofa was creased, and wrinkled in places. Within 2 days of delivary and us using the sofa these became worse and the sofa started to pool and crease unusually. We went to the shop to see the display sofa and it was immaculate. The store manager having seen the photos on his system agreed with us this should not happen within 2 days. The display sofa has been in the showroom form 2 years which shocked us. Sofology arranged a company to come out to us and inspect our new sofa and the first comment by the gentleman was is this an ex display sofa! The very brief report contradicts the discussions that were had on the inspection day and actually suggests this is expected over time… we had only had the sofa for 2 days! He also complained about having fallen out with another customer the day before. We have now had to escalate it to the finance company and will be battling our way to ensure we are treated fairly and cannot accept a sofa that is substandard and quality and workmanship.. Good luck to anyone that is going to purchase a sofa from Sofology. It has fallen short every way from start to date…

Katie, at the Leicester store was amazing, she showed me lots of different options and really helped me make my final decision. She wasn't pushy but was very knowledgeable and have me time to think.

There were no pressure sales. I described the sort of furniture I'm looking for and Katie recommended the fabric that will meet my needs. I was allowed to look round the store and try out different sofas and chairs. The settee and chair ive purchased are covered by insurance I took out and cleaning products as recommended.

From viewing to buying Gaz and Emma were brilliant. From when we first went in to search for a sofa not knowing what we wanted Gaz was so helpful and friendly. Also when purchasing the sofa we had chose Emma was brilliant and helpful too. Overall they both made the experience with sofology X10 better with their great customer service. Would definitely recommend!

Pricing was made easy because there were no offers, also no commission so it was nice that salespeople weren't pushy. The man who dealt with my sale was informative, funny and helpful. An excellent experience overall.
