We were greeted on entering shop asked if we need help etc we then went on peruse sofas we were not badgered in anyway which was nice . once we had questions Mohammed one of your sales representatives was very helpful . He showed us alternatives just to help us make our minds up on our selection with similar styles and colours.

Brad was good in Sofology and his female colleague was very friendly who gave us coffee and biscuits whilst we waited for the order to be processed. Such a lovely experience it there is one feedback. The chair we bought was easily transferred to the car by one man (me) and it would have been home in 30 minutes. But there was no option but to go via home delivery for which we paid extra. I don’t mind the charges but the major flip side of mandatory home delivery is that we have to wait for 4-6 weeks which is painful! Can understand the health and safety concerns, but this was a simple single seater. It is not a reflection of Brad or any of the staff but a policy of Sofology that needs to be addressed please to accommodate customers needs.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our sofa from Sofology. Gaz truly went above and beyond, helping us find the perfect sofa for our small living room while really listening to our preferences. He was incredibly friendly and supportive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had already had a similar sofa set many years ago and had visited this store back in the summer to look at the colour etc, went back into to order the set today. The sales person was so helpful running through the different types of seating cushion, what type of back we wanted.explaining the different size sofas etc. Even went out of his way to get a carpet sample so we could see what it would look like against our carpet colour. Spoke through all the warranty, the spot treatments, spoke about the delivery etc. really stress free experience. Looking forward to getting our new sofa set. Highly recommend. Thank you Gareth.

Popped in to sofology in Leicester today just for a browse, after not finding anything we liked in dfs. We were immediately welcomed but allowed to browse without any pressure. We wandered around for a bit but couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for and then we spoke to Gaz who was incredibly helpful. After explaining what we wanted (and even looking at pictures of our living room!) he showed us the perfect sofa that met all our requirements and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted even with our awkward measurements! Gaz was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. We are very pleased with the service we received and can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive! Would highly recommend Gaz to anyone looking for help finding their perfect sofa.

So basically last year we purchased a sofa from Sofology Fosse Park, Leicester and took out the insurance to cover the sofa in case of an accident, unfortunately we had an accident and the sofa arm was damaged so I went through the motions to get it repaired/replaced via the insurance they sold us at the time of purchase. First of all everything was fine until the engineer didn’t turn up after having a day off work to be in for the said appointment and then they came the following week and replaced the arm cover with a completely different finish ie shiny leather and not matt so I was unhappy and called them back and they sent another engineer who agreed that it did look different but said it could be due to our lighting which is the same lighting that was in place for our original sofa and there was no colour difference, I feel this is totally unacceptable and will not be purchasing from them again in the future as now I have a sofa with a completely different colour arm which everyone that visits comments on, basically the insurance is not worth it be very careful

Sofology engaged in fraudulent sales practices by misrepresenting key sofa features during a late Saturday purchase, a claim immediately backed by a witness. When I called the store less than 24 hours later to report the deception, the manager refused to acknowledge the issue, accused me of lying, and falsely claimed he was present during the sales discussion to corroborate the salesperson's actions. Now, the company is demanding to keep the entire £1,000 deposit as a cancellation fee, an absolutely unjustified penalty for a problem that was flagged immediately and caused by their own staff's false claims.

The quality of furniture and huge range they have to choose from, is excellent. The professionalism of the staff and in particular Vincent, who looked after us throughout the purchase of our new lounge furniture was superb. The team in general give you the space you need but are always on hand with information and pricing/options when requested. The further support we received from Bradley was also first class. Great experience!
