The quality of furniture and huge range they have to choose from, is excellent. The professionalism of the staff and in particular Vincent, who looked after us throughout the purchase of our new lounge furniture was superb. The team in general give you the space you need but are always on hand with information and pricing/options when requested. The further support we received from Bradley was also first class. Great experience!

I am extremely disappointed with Sofology’s handling of my order and the unacceptable customer service I’ve received. A clear system error on their website showed my outstanding balance as fully paid, yet instead of correcting this, Sofology cancelled my delivery — despite me providing evidence and repeatedly asking them to update the system so I could pay any remaining amount.
I’ve spent over £6,000 with this company, and 95% of the order has already been paid for. Still, I was treated as though I was refusing to pay, which is completely untrue. I was also told there had been a “recent phone call,” even though all communication has been in writing. This level of inaccuracy is concerning.
I have repeatedly asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor, but Sofology has refused to acknowledge or address my concerns, denying me my basic consumer rights. FHIO has now advised me to raise a formal complaint or request a deadlock letter so I can escalate the matter to the Ombudsman.
The way I have been treated — including having my delivery cancelled two hours after raising the issue, causing me stress and wasted time off work — is unprofessional and unreasonable. All of this could have been avoided if Sofology had simply corrected their own system error.

An unexpectedly enjoyable shopping experience in late September, with lots of help (but no pressure) from Vincent, who regularly checked in with us to see how we were getting on and to offer recommendations as we browsed the store. OK, there was no free cuppa like in a neighbouring store (which can be a lifesaver after 2 hours considering too many options), but Sofology was a pleasant place to shop and Vincent did the team proud. Clear explanations and great customer service.
We ordered a sofa & chair on the day - I can't comment on the delivery process as that is yet to happen, but not long now!
