Chris listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to choose a very nice sofa that met our requirements and could be custom assembled to fit the space available. He sat with us to set up an account and a basket to which he added the appropriate items and options so that we could go home and edit it to what we wanted before ordering.
Chris explained the ordering and delivery process and made the whole thing simple and easy. Our thanks to him and we look forward to receiving our new sofa.

I have to say, though within under 48 hours of making my comment, I have to now change my mind, I was fooled into thinking that within 48 hours if I change my mind, I could either change the suite for another style by Callum at the PLYMOUTH store, or get a full refund if it didn’t fit.. I’m now fighting SOFOLOGY to get back my full refund of £4,124 as the three seater sofa didn’t fit, and they are really doing all they can not to pay my money back in full.. I am taking this further with the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN.. very disgruntled.. especially being that on their website it says full refund would be given..
UPDATE! 07/02/2026
Thankfully Sofology in the end agreed to pay a full refund, all sorted out by the lovely customer service administrator on Sofology’s customer service telephone line Declan Bisping, who agreed the £4,124 should be paid back in full being I got back within an hour of the 48 hr cooling off period coming to an end, who then sent his decision to the relevant department for my refund.
Thank you so much Declan for everything, and thank you Sofology for seeing it was only fair to refund my money back in full.
Appreciative customer in the end.

We were left to browse the showroom at our own pace. The assistants were around but did not try to influence our choices.
They were very helpful with sorting the order out once we had decided exactly the sofas we wanted
