A lot of stores we visited we found the staff were right on us without giving us any time to having a look at what they had in the store but there was just a friendly smile and when we had decided to get more information about the product we were interested in the member of staff gave us all the help, details and choices needed to make our purchase.

The shop in Plymouth is an easy layout for customers to be able to see and use the sofas. Friendly staff whom left you alone but were there at the same time.
Tilly was our sales lady, she was so helpful and knowledgeable, Tilly gave us great ideas and really helpful. We purchased a two seater & 3 seater recliner set. Thank you Tilly.
