A lovely service given to us.

Straight forward no messing about

Lauren was lovely. Very helpful and very patient.

We went to look for a new suite in Speke, Liverpool. There are 4 popular furniture shops there, so we intended to go in all of them. First was Sofology, we were that impressed, we didnt bother with the rest. Steve was lovely, his whole approach was just right, he welcomed us, introduced himself and told us to give him a shout if we needed help. He later came back and we explained what we were looking for. He was really professional and so helpful. He let us take 4 material samples home, we were back within 2 hours and placed an order.
If Steve had come and mithered us or followed us round, it would have been different, but as I say he was bang on with his service. Well done Steve, give that man a pay rise

Great sales man, really easy going and quick and easy payment set up

No hassle from either Stephen or Peter in the Speke store. Peter gave us time and space to make our choice over a couple of days, and made the whole process of purchasing easy, with his knowledge and experience. Great care by staff, looking forward to our 2 new sofas.

Great experience at Sofology Mersey Retail park in Speke Liverpool. I called in here just by chance on my way to another major sofa store and I was pleasantly surprised with the range. I moved quickly around the store knowing exactly what I was looking for but unsure if it existed. However the store person was not deterred by my exact list of requirements and together we quickly found two love chairs that were a perfect fit for my snug. Delivery is approximately 6 weeks . The sales person quickly explained the care regime to maximise the life of my new chairs, so I bought a care pack too. I am hoping it comes with two cushions per chair which he assured me it would. He was knowledgeable, polite and did not pressure me to buy it which is refreshing. Well done sofology your sales people are a credit to you.
