The showroom was easy to navigate and the staff were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions without hesitation

Stephen at Speke Sofology provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Choosing a sofa can be a difficult decision, especially when you’re someone like me who can be quite indecisive, but Stephen was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process.

He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the differences between the various materials and colours, and offered honest advice on what he felt would work best for our home. Rather than rushing us into a decision, he arranged for several fabric samples to be sent to us so we could take our time and choose with confidence.

Thanks to Stephen’s expertise, patience and friendly approach, what could have been a stressful experience became an enjoyable and smooth one. We left feeling informed, valued, and excited about our purchase.

I recently bought two two seater sofas from the Speke, Liverpool branch. When I returned home, I realised one was too big for my space. I went back and saw Clio, my original sales representative, and exchanged my sofa for another that was the correct size. Clio was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient.
