Absolutely fell in love with the couch…
Absolutely fell in love with the couch we purchased as soon as we spotted it, but we were sold by Stephen, he was amazing told us all about the sofa and talked through everything. We made sure to come back in on a day he was in just to secure the couch directly with him, couldn’t thank him enough. Excellent service

Been waiting since October given 5 dates been sitting in garden furniture with osteoporosis osteoarthritis osteoarthritis.. no reply from CEO
Complaints gave me £50 gesture… never again will I order from them…. Next step I’m going to cancel
Been in touch with rip of Britain and fb have a page of angry customers.

Steven was so helpful with helping us choose our first Sofa! Would definitely recommend sofology on service and knowledge. Steven helped us figure out what would fit our space after the first sofa we initially seen online was too large.

Absolutely made up with our new sofa
Absolutely made up with our new sofa! Rebecca was brilliant with us, she gave us lots of time to find the right sofa for us. We did have problems with the measurements at home as to which sofa we could have. She even emailed over a couple of different ones to see if we could fit them in, which we really appreciated as it saved us going back and too from the store. All in all a great experience and she is a credit to your company!
