Exceeded expectations!
Called in at the Stockport store on the Saturday. Chris was excellent, helping us to meet our specific requirements, guiding us through all the available options.
Returned the following day after checking sizes etc. before confirming with Chris that we wished to proceed.
Chris transferred us over to Paris, who settled my wife with a cup of tea, before progressing the order.
We were happy to add the extended warranty after it was fully explained and took advantage of the 0% finance available.
It was a pleasure to use Sofology Stockport.

This company is incompetent
This company is incompetent, we have had serious issues with our order and are still waiting for them to contact us nearly 20 days later. No sofa for Xmas despite their guarantees. Order with extreme caution , and pray you don't have a problem, they will not help you.

After ordering my sofa I read some reviews. Honestly I was worried! But it was a very smooth journey - arrival was within predicted time even though it was Christmas. Delivery was great and sofa is perfect! Communication was excellent

I recently purchased a sofa and was served by Paris, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly approachable, polite, and made the whole process so easy. Her customer service was genuinely outstanding — nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure I had all the information I needed without any pressure.

Left to browse in comfort, but staff available for advice etc.
Lovely clean well set out shop. Staff very helpful without being pushy. On first visit was helped by Maria who answered all of my questions. When I returned a few days later she remembered me, the sofas I was interested in and our conversation. Maria explained the whole process from ordering to delivery and everything I needed to know very plainly. I ordered the sofas and am now looking forward to receiving them.

We have been waiting for a delivery for nearly 10 weeks on a sofa that was no more than 5 weeks delivery when in store
Trying to get to someone for an answer is almost impossible
The standard answer is someone will get back to you in 72 hours
