The furniture in here is absolutely stunning ,, staff are wonderful, especially Paris ,,, would highly recommend this store if you want an exquisite sofa , the choice is amazing…

After 1st choosing one then realising we hadn’t measured the space correctly (Electric and Gas Meter box built in🤦🏼♀️) we had to go back to the store to choose a different one Gemma our sales assistant was absolutely 100% professional so much help and knowledge also so very patient.

Amazing service from Paris!
Paris was absolutely lovely from start to finish! She was so helpful, patient, and had us laughing the whole time, such a refreshing and genuine person to deal with. She really knew her stuff and made choosing our sofa super easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Thanks, Paris, for turning what could’ve been a stressful shopping trip into a fun experience. There was Asian gentleman who also helped out and was very helpful and patient with us! Finally chose our sofa after 2years of debating! Thankyou again from both me and my mother

In August, my partner and I visited Sofology while furnishing our first home and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning variety of sofas on offer. The range of styles, fabrics, sizes and materials was truly impressive.
We were lucky enough to be helped by the wonderful Maria, who made the entire process feel like a luxury experience. She was warm, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping us find the perfect sofa. She took the time to walk us through every option, explained the differences in build quality and even showed us the cushion interiors, something no other store had done. It was clear exactly where your money goes and the quality stood out miles above the competition.
Although the sofa we chose had a slightly longer lead time (which Maria explained from the start), it was absolutely worth the wait. Throughout the process, we felt fully informed and supported. Maria sat with us to customise every detail of our sofa to suit our home and also gave us excellent advice on how to care for and protect it long-term.
To top it all off, our delivery came earlier than expected! The delivery team were just as lovely, professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their service.
In short, we couldn’t be happier. Maria is a true asset to Sofology and the whole experience from start to finish was flawless. If you're looking for quality, care and service that goes above and beyond, I wholeheartedly recommend Sofology!
