When we walked in we were greeted by Tim, he welcomed us and we had a quick chat then he left us to look round. We didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured into buying which is refreshing. We left to look at other stores however we didn't see anything we liked so went back to Sofology and asked for Tim, we found a sofa we liked and he was very helpful. We also received an email from him afterwards meaning we have direct contact incase of any questions or issues. Great service so far.

In January we had very good help and advice from the store manager. In April we returned to place an order for a 4 seater and 2 seater sofa and had excellent support from Chris Harper Barrett. The whole process does take a little time but Chris made it as enjoyable as possible. Would definately recommend.

We had a great experience on visiting sofology in York, we weren’t supposed to be making a purchase but we for just the right sofa we were wanting at a reasonable price too, the two team members were very helpful and accommodating especially Tim who went through everything with us, we would recommend Sofology to anyone.

The in-store experience was Great - Gemma sorted out the sale, was very efficient, and showed knowledge. We were advised that the delivery was usually within 14 weeks (typically around 8-weeks). Here we are at 16 weeks and only just getting a delivery sorted. There were no emails to warn of any delay.

Six months on and we love our new sofa. The staff at Sofology York were very attentive, knowledgeable and we found the sofa we wanted. Happy it was in stock so it could be delivered after a couple of weeks. The payment process was a bit confusing though and the website did not work for us, so we had to return to the shop a couple of times to make the payment.
