We purchased our sofa last year. We paid extra for the protection pads that are placed on the feet. When moving the sofa to clean underneath they had all fallen off also the mechanism for the one recliner on the sofa is obviously to near the floor and has scratched it

My wife purchased a Sofa and foot stool, the foot stool arrived damaged and my wife accepted it good faith in belief it would be repaired , 4 months later the bottom was recovered , my wife covered the stool in a blanket because our old cat loved to sleep on the stool he passed away recently so the blanket was removed from the stool and the bottom was a totally different colour, has we was within the 2 year time frame for warranty my wife rang and explained, a technician came out and agreed it was a totally different colour has we have now passed the 2 year period by a few days the company refused to repair the stool by saying it’s out of warranty but we clearly reported this issue in the time frame and the first repair was a wrong colour not our fault , Sofology totally not standing by the guarantee.

Good choice of sofas, only let down is spend £2000 on a sofa and they want £130 delivery charge

Friendly/approachable staff.
Very well informed and knowledgeable about all products..and if was unsure,enquired and got an answer promptly.
Non pushy,it was a pleasure to walk around and not feel pressured.

The instore service was both friendly and professional. They have a good range of products on display. However, there is very little difference in the physical footprint or size of the models. We have a small house, and it was easy to tell that they all share basically the same frame underneath. It would have been nice to see a few more varied sizing options rather than just different styles.
There was the usual upsell attempt for a "special cleaning kit" and an extended warranty. I never buy these, but the staff were at least pleasant when trying to sell them. There is also zero room for maneuver on the price. The best they could offer was free delivery, which is almost certainly priced in anyway. But again the staff were good there hands will be tied on price.
All in all, though the store was good staff were pleasant, I was happy enough with the experience.

Great sofa , was delivered in 2 weeks due cancellation from another customer.
Only 3 stars though, as the £40 leather care pack wasn’t delivered with the furniture, and 3 weeks on, we’ve heard nothing . Im currently in a telephone queue for customer services. Waiting waiting waiting …
