Sale made easy
Gemma at the York store made our experience easy. She let us take our time & let us know she was there if needed. We then returned another day to purchase our sofa. Gemma has a great sales technique and was very knowledgeable. Will recommend to friends.

I wouldn’t use anywhere else now.
After a LONG, boring search having sat in approx 4738383 sofas in various shops, I don’t know why I didn’t just go with Sofology in the first place. The staff were BRILLIANT. Knowledgeable but also left me alone to do what I needed until I was ready. I found the sofa I wanted finally and when I came back was ready to finally have a sofa and not have to sofa shop again for a long time. Chris Harper-Barrett was ace. Knowledgeable, friendly, gave great advice, wasn’t a pushy salesman and just made the whole experience so easy. I took my friend shopping with me and she’s already said when she gets her new sofa this year, it’s where she’ll be coming too. Highly recommend!

Friendly helpful demonstration of a sofa bed
I was interested in buying a particular sofa bed which was not in store but very helpful staff(Chris) demonstrated a similar one, so I could see how easy the mechanism was to operate. I could also sit on a sofa for the same range and choose a colour and seating options.The whole process to purchase was simple and well explained. I look forward to getting my new sofa bed soon

What a fab team & store!
Left to browse but when you needed the staff they were on hand. So helpful and knowledgeable. We dealt with Gemma and Tim, both of which were fab. It took a while to find what we wanted but they respected this and allowed the time without pressure.
