Hired the perfect pastel kit and a couple of extras and I couldn't ask for better service. First the goods arrive with repack instructions which is everything, it arrived in great condition and the collection process was just as easy. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Found this small but mighty company through Instagram whilst party planning for my sons first birthday party. We hired a hall with a bouncy castle for the older children but was looking for a way to entertain the babies and toddlers. It was a huge hit! It cost me less to hire Soft Play in a Box for a long weekend, than hiring local softplay for basically the same items for only half a day so it was a no brianer. Plus my son got to bring it home and play after the party.

Communication was easy, all my queries were answered promptly. We received really useful emails including how to pack everything away which made everything super easy. All items were excellent quality and clean. Would recommend to anyone throwing a party with a large space to use.

The only thing we didn't think about which I will mention just to remind others was that you either have to have a space to store the boxes or purchase strong tape to rebuild them afterwards. The boxes are good and strong quality. Ours were delivered on a rainy day, so they got a bit wet, thankfully it didn't seem to affect the quality of the box. Once we unpacked the soft play and realized we didn't have a space to store the empty boxes whilst the soft play was out, we disassembled the boxes carefully and then taped them back up, nice and easily once it was time to return the soft play. Overall, a positive experience and will definitely be looking to book again for the next party. 🥳

I came across this company when I was searching for soft play for my son's first birthday and it was the best decision I made to hire from them. It came on the Thursday, he had it the whole weekend to play with and all for the same price as soft play hire for a 4 hour package locally. It seemed to good to be true to have the courier service but it was so easy. Our son can be a bit cautious with new things, so having the equipment for 2 days before his party really let him explore it at his own pace and safe to say he was so upset when it had to go back. The play equipment came in perfect condition, really clean and took seconds to put together and pack away. We had kids ranging from 9 months to 2.5 years at the party and they all loved it. All the other parents at the party asked where we got it from as they were all so impressed and I recommended it to everyone. Also I really appreciate the environmental approach to reusing boxes. Great quality, great price and so convenient for busy parents.

Fantastic Company, from start to finish this was a breeze. I contacted some many other companies and the hassel of no one getting back to me was so frustrating. But when I found soft play in a box It was so easy. Added everything I wanted was offered extra... email confirmation came through. Was delivered by DPD and he even took it round to my dad's.
Charlotte from the company rang as there was a delay in on box which was left at warehouse by mistake but she made sure that was delivered the day after and plenty if time for the party. Also arranged collection from my dad's and once we packed it all up which was easier than I thought it would it was collected with a 1 hour time slot. I couldn't recommend this company enough. We had previously used a local company for soft play hire, but they could not accommodate us for our daughter’s birthday. We came across Soft play in a box from a panicked google search and I don’t think we will use another company again! It was so easy to order, in perfect condition, came when it said it would and likewise collected without a problem. Our children also loved having the soft play for a few extra days! Great company, great service - thank you!

Amazing service! We ordered the pastel package for our daughters 1st birthday and the communication from start to finish was great. Arrived well packaged with clear instructions via DPD. We use of it the whole weekend which for the price was fab. Great idea and would definitely use again!

Highly recommend Softplayinabox! We ordered the perfect pastel bundle which had plenty of soft play items for our daughter’s 1st birthday. Hassle free delivery and pick up and it was brilliant to have use of it over a weekend all for the same price. Fantastic value and service and would 100% use again!

We have used these guys about 4 times now and everytime has been a pleasure, delivered on time and set up! The last time we used them we did soft play in a box and it was so straightforward to set up and pack up! The service was spot on and the kids as always had a great time! Really recommend!

Beautiful soft play equipment, clean and well looked after. I would highly recommend, easy to order, easy to set up and reliable delivery and collection. Used for a christening party and everyone commented on how lovely the equipment was.

What a brilliant idea!
I had a weekend of playdates booked so I hired soft play in a box and it was fab! Entertained all the kids from 1-6years old, me and the other mums got to actually catch up while they played. It was easy to set up and pack away. And the communication was great. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

Great Service. Soft Play was delivered on the Thursday in excellent condition and collected again on the Monday. Would reccomend for someone looking for soft play for a party!

Brilliant Idea, kids loved it. Even just the ball pit was a hit. The convenience of delivery and collection was what made it a definite to repeat. I was kept informed all the way both before and after. Great value, highly recommended.

What a brilliant idea. I wasn’t able to find soft play local who had availability and came across soft play in a box. Every part of our experience was seamless from ordering to delivery and collection.
It was easy to set up and the instruction came via email but they weren’t needed.
The children loved it. It made our Little ones first birthday even more special as she had a great time in the ball pit. I think she’d of been happy left there all day!
It was very clean and all in good condition, I would definitely be doing this again rather than hiring one for a couple of hours as you get to keep it all weekend.

Soft play in a box was a great addition to my son’s first birthday party. The kids loved playing with it!
Organisation and delivery was completely seamless, with everything packed neatly into the bags. All elements of the soft play were lovely and clean and the wallet containing instructions and return labels etc. was very helpful.
Thanks again! It’s great to have an option to hire soft play without the need of a party planner or event space.
