1st Birthday.
As a 1st time Nanny Grandsons 1st Birthday I wanted something for his little garden party.we had children from 1yr to 4yrs and it suited everyone.It all arrived perfectly, was easy to set up,clean and mire than enough for hiw many children we had.Wr only used it on the day it's self but the fact you get it for almost 3days us amazing.Well worth the money.
Our only issue was the pick up they gave us a time slot but was almost 4 hrs late.
Difficult to get hold of them so I contacted Charlotte, very professional and polite got it sorted and she followed up by a e-mail with a explanation.
I would definitely use them again .

Thank you so much for the feedback on the courier. We have had a few issues with the courier so have since moved to DPD as a result which has given us an even better level of service.
First birthday party!
Ordered for my son’s first birthday at the weekend! Was a big hit with all the babies and children! Immaculate condition, well worth the money, easy to set up and put back down! We had a blast and it made the special day even better!
Very easy to contact - made a little mistake on our address when ordering and was very easy to rectify on the website chat! And very understanding on a little hick up at collection (delivery company fault)
Definitely would use again!

Ahhh thank you so much for such a lovely review. We’re so glad you enjoyed it all. I’m glad the chat system worked well for you when you needed to amend the address. We have since changed couriers to DPD to be able to give us an even better level of service. As mums ourselves we get that we need as easy a process as possible so hopefully changing couriers will make it seamless for our customers going forward.
Lovely soft play and very organised
Lovely soft play and very organised. Easy to order, Charlotte is super responsive by email or text. Our delivery was late due to a courier issue but as you get it delivered on Thursday, this did not cause much of an issue and Charlotte was really helpful at re-organising and making it a priority. The soft play was great and the babies loved it for our birthday party. Would definitely use again as easy, affordable and great customer service.

Thank you so much for your lovely review. We do track every single order (often checking it’s going through the network properly in the middle of the night!) delays from the courier are always disappointing so we have now changed to DPD so you should now get on time delivery and extra play days
Fantastic company
I can’t recommend this company more highly. The communication was excellent, Charlotte was easy to reach via mobile, very quick to respond via email and her prices are competitive. She is also a mum and just seems like a nice person which really makes a difference! The delivery of the soft play was on time, and again good communication by the courier. The soft play itself was in immaculate condition and it was adored by my 1 year old (and 3 year old!), for my 1 year olds birthday. Would use again.

A great experience
A great experience. The soft play arrived in 2 big bags on Thursday and was collected by courier on Monday. The babies loved the play set up and it was very clean and in good condition. Easy instructions and excellent communication from Charlotte.

We loved soft play in a box! It was so convenient being delivered to the house and picked back up again! The soft play was in perfect condition and it was a huge hit at my sons birthday party!! I would highly recommend and will be ordering again!
